“The room 214 was beautiful but unfortunately next to the kitchen extractor vent which kept going all night very loud The staff said it couldn’t be turned off It would stop for 10 minutes then start off again It needs to be addressed If not in that room it would all have been fine”

“We stayed for the 2nd time. It's a perfect location for us and we like this place. Staff is very nice, place is clean and has got everything you need. Shame they don't serve breakfast. Has got a massive parking, also there is a kebab outside so if you are hungry it's perfect to buy food. Unfortunately, this time we had a family with a baby next to our room, that kept us awake 2 nights in the row. I am not used to it anymore, as my daughter is 16 years old. “Lovely large room, comfy bed sand very dog friendly. Lots of parking and advantage of park and ride into Bath 10min walk away. Excellent Sunday roast and fantastic breakfast will definitely be back!”
