“I feel like I was catfished. When we first got there, the first disappointment was the parking. I have never seen such tight parking spots before. We arrived later in the day, and I had to climb over to the passengers seat to squeeze out of that door. The pictures gave me a different expectation than what we found. It's a repainted old, run down motel room. The bathroom had a sliding door with a large gap, which didn't afford the person in the bathroom much privacy. The bathroom was tiny. The...

“I am still waiting for refund from issues. There was no manager on site on Sunday July 5th and I was told I would hear from the manager 2 days ago on Monday July 6th. We paid via Expedia and the hotel will need to refund us through Expedia (and arrange with Expedia). The AC did not work - we tried re-setting it as instructed and it remained at 81-82 degrees and musty. Photos taken. “The hotel was great. It was right on the beach as advertised. Also saved us $40 a day parking at the local lots around the area. We paid extra for the beach view and it was beautiful. Short 5 minute walk to the beach from our room and they had outdoor showers on the street behind the beach. We also liked that several restaurants, ice cream shop and shaved ice shop were walking distance. We will stay again.”
