“No elevator and the pool was not open. They charge extra for a rollaway which was literally 10 feet away from my room. It was old and definitely should be out of commission. The lady working the evening shift last night was an absolute sweetheart. She was the best part of the stay. 3 stars for comfort and charge. 5 stars for the lady working evening shift last night”

“Our room was perfect for family of 4. My two kids used the sofa bed and it was comfortable with a tv on their side of the wall. We had the king bed and our own tv on our side. The fridge was a decent size with microwave was convenient. Property was clean and location was perfect for our stay. Many families with kids were there as well. Would stay again.”

“There is no wifi, noisy (close to expressway). And the phone number never be answered, only voice system even daytime. This is the first time I've ever given a negative review in a hotel during the past 3 years of traveling in United States.”

“The rooms were very nice. There is no breakfast in the morning which is usually customary in most hotels we have stayed at. The elevator was not working and we were put on the fourth floor. Staff did offer us a discount on our room but then found they could not give us it since we had prepaid with Expedia. :(”
