“All'arrivo alla reception ci hanno dato le chiavi di una camera già occupata. la pouizia su 3 giorni che siamo stati presso la struttura è stata fatta una volta sola. dopo la prima abbiamo pensato ad una svista e abbiamo lasciato perdere, la seconda volta siamo rientrati in albergo alle 23... segnalato al chek out, la receptionist ci ha detto "Ah io non posso dire niente perché io non c'ero". “We arrived in a snowstorm, and were greeted by the lovely new management team, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was lovely. The room was very clean, updated, beds comfortable, the pool looked inviting, but we were too tired to make use of it. The breakfast bar had everything we could want. Thanks for a nice stay!”
