Hotel vicino a Cassel Vineyards of Hershey - Hummelstown

“Breakfast was good with hot food options. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate all day. Pool was nice, but towels ran out. However hotel was fully booked with tournaments in town. Rooms clean and cool, beds comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. Worked out a later checkout, which helped tremendously with our game schedule. Location was perfect for nearby food and attractions, and our soccer games. Would stay again.”

“Air conditioning didn’t work, no staff member was there at 2:15 pm when we arrived so we checked in at 9 pm. Realized at 10:30 A/C didn’t work but was too late to call anyone to fix. When we checked out the next morning no one was at front desk again.”

Grazie all’operatore di hotel.com che ha chiamato la receptionist dopo un bel po’ si è affacciata dalla terrazza vestita col pigiama e la vestaglia e ha chiesto se dovevamo fare il check in. È scesa e ci ha dato la chiave. Poi ha chiuso di nuovo l’hotel ed è ritornata in camera. Le porte delle camere danno sull’esterno. La chiave non funzionava. Grazie sempre all’operatore del sito la signora è tornata fuori e ci ha...

“Even if the first impression was good, Service was bad in everything. We stayed three night and always found beds undone and room not cleaned. The first day the breakfast was decent and sufficient, the coming days we couldn’t find even a yogurt... and only after arguing with the receptionist, who said they were finished, he came back with two full boxes! Not right! In general, place and room were fine with very comfortable mattress. I would come back hoping to find a better service next time....
