“We stayed for 2 nights during our recent visit to Hershey Park. It was close to the park and very convenient. The room was sufficient for our stay as we only went there to sleep. The room was not cleaned while we were there and our beds did not get made. I had to ask for towels and toilet paper when needed. The floor turned our socks brown, so we wore flip flops in the room. “Overall property not bad for the price but is showing signs of age and neglect. The Staff is super nice and helpful. The TV remote, room floor and bath floor were sticky. The sheets were freshly cleaned but the blankets were not. The toilet seat was loose but the air conditioner worked great. Cleaning staff could make more of an effort but the tv worked and the internet was free. This is a good place that feels safe if you just need the basics. I'd stay here again”

“Hair inside the bath tub. Blood stains on bedding. Tried to check out early but was given a hard time because we used a third party app to book our stay. Took hours of our time and a manager to not be charged for the entire stay initially booked. I have never had a problem checking out early at any other hotel before. Breakfast was scary. I guess you get what you pay for.”

“This place is excellent. The focus is on the customer and making it a great experience. It’s clean and safe. We brought the family and the moment they walked in they felt like we paid a fortune for it. We got the suite with 2 queens and a separate room with a king bed. It was so great that they could be together and hang out while we had our own space.”
