“We enjoyed our stay. Our room had a mini sink which was very useful for our family since we had 3 young kids. The west elm trundle sofa was very useful for our sleeping arrangement. I would highly recommend this place for any family.”

“This place is excellent. The focus is on the customer and making it a great experience. It’s clean and safe. We brought the family and the moment they walked in they felt like we paid a fortune for it. We got the suite with 2 queens and a separate room with a king bed. It was so great that they could be together and hang out while we had our own space.”

“Hair inside the bath tub. Blood stains on bedding. Tried to check out early but was given a hard time because we used a third party app to book our stay. Took hours of our time and a manager to not be charged for the entire stay initially booked. I have never had a problem checking out early at any other hotel before. Breakfast was scary. I guess you get what you pay for.”

“We stayed for 2 nights during our recent visit to Hershey Park. It was close to the park and very convenient. The room was sufficient for our stay as we only went there to sleep. The room was not cleaned while we were there and our beds did not get made. I had to ask for towels and toilet paper when needed. The floor turned our socks brown, so we wore flip flops in the room. “The staff was nice although they were understaffed the front desk person seemed to do everything . We were only there because we lost our electricity. They ate very outdated but are under construction so that will probably change eventually. Pretty nice breakfast waffles, bagels, muffins, eggs ,sausage , cereal , oatmeal , danish , ok, apple juice , tea ,coffee, but they did run out of French vanilla creamer 😖. Pool was very generic with white plastic chairs 😳 the towels were pretty horrible...
