“The first bedroom I entered was poorly lit and a bit shabby, but tolerable. However, the tub and shower area of the bathroom was shockingly unclean with built-up soap scum, dirt from feet, and possibly mold. The light switch was cracked and stained, and the tissue dispenser in the wall was rusty. The walls apparently used to have wallpaper and the residual wallpaper paste was never removed. They were crudely painted over, making the rough patches look like mold. There were holes in the closet...

“Everything was fantastic. The hotel is simply beautiful and the room was clean and simply elegant. Nicole was wonderful and welcoming hostess during my stay. ”

“Everything was great. A minor complaint was the lack of soap. We got one bar of soap and one mini bottle of shampoo and that was it for two adults. So we had to use the same bar of soap to wash our hands at the sink and then bring it into the shower to wash up. No conditioner provided. Just one bottle of shampoo. Just seems like such a silly thing to cheap out on. Room was small but very clean. Smelled clean. Breakfast was a bonus. Just had to wait since only one waffle maker in a very small...

“All'arrivo alla reception ci hanno dato le chiavi di una camera già occupata. la pouizia su 3 giorni che siamo stati presso la struttura è stata fatta una volta sola. dopo la prima abbiamo pensato ad una svista e abbiamo lasciato perdere, la seconda volta siamo rientrati in albergo alle 23... segnalato al chek out, la receptionist ci ha detto "Ah io non posso dire niente perché io non c'ero".
