“Our stay was good quiet place to stay near the attractions we only a 10 minute drive. The only thing is that the hotel offer complementary breakfast but they did not specify that is only juice coffee and a pastries which that part I had to waste extra money to be able to eat all three meals outside when I pick my hotel with complementary breakfast is because it would save me a bit of money specially when it’s a family trip so they need to be specific and fix their app that is not a hot breakfast...

Grazie all’operatore di hotel.com che ha chiamato la receptionist dopo un bel po’ si è affacciata dalla terrazza vestita col pigiama e la vestaglia e ha chiesto se dovevamo fare il check in. È scesa e ci ha dato la chiave. Poi ha chiuso di nuovo l’hotel ed è ritornata in camera. Le porte delle camere danno sull’esterno. La chiave non funzionava. “Overall a nice stay. Cons: 1. window curtains don't close all the way, so I wish I had brought a sleep mask 2. Shower pressure and head were very stange. It was like getting rained on by dew in only a small circle, but there wasnt any way to adjust it Pros: 1. Nice complimentary breakfast 2. Room was clean 3. A lot of towels and pillows in the room 4. Are was quiet 5. Very quick and easy to get to, next to the Rennaissance Faire”

“All'arrivo alla reception ci hanno dato le chiavi di una camera già occupata. la pouizia su 3 giorni che siamo stati presso la struttura è stata fatta una volta sola. dopo la prima abbiamo pensato ad una svista e abbiamo lasciato perdere, la seconda volta siamo rientrati in albergo alle 23... segnalato al chek out, la receptionist ci ha detto "Ah io non posso dire niente perché io non c'ero". Migliorare il servizio”
