“Don't use expedia and pay for protection with a weather event you can't forecast, money down the drain. Rang the hotel they couldn't change due to expedia, just deal with the hotel in the future”

“From arrival the host was amazing and while we requested a ground level room they had no idea our daughter uses a wheelchair and yet made it so easy for us to park our car. The motel is near the city but still so quiet and our NY's experience was amazing esp the fireworks display which was literally down the road. Clean facilities, great amenities and awesome for families even though there were only 3 of us. Thank you so the host and team who looked after us and made it a memorable stay ❤️ ”

“Parking was good, but check in tried to charge extra for parking until i showed that booking said it was included. Fridge would freeze everything. View from our balcony was non existent as a building has been built right in front of it. this did however reduce road noise.”

“Unit was warm without extra heating owing to thermal quality build despite its age. Also helped quietness. Facilities bare minimum for meal preparation, fridge undersized for people travelling with supplies ”

“Everything was great ( room a bit dated but functional) except for the hours of the spa in the private rooms. Couldnt have a morning spa or a spa before getting busy. Its between 330pm till 930pm otherwise its empty. I appreciate the fresh new water though after emptying.Couldnt have a spa after coming back from dinner, had to plan earlier. Theres a draining pipe in the middle and its just constantly loud from water rushing in. Its not very relaxing. Its a shame becuase theres so much...

“The unit was clean and staff were very pleasant to deal. Handy location if you need to go to the Hospital. however, the units needed a bit of painting done in the shower area. overall a good reasonable priced place to stay”

“A surprising find and well worth staying here in a quiet cul de sac. Not far from Tauranga central and other amenities. The owners were great and helped us navigate the area. Breakfast was more than ample, quite a feast.”
