Villa Iris Torret by Villa Plus

Villa Iris Torret is a 3 bedroomed villa set in the exclusive area known as S´Atalalia in the Binibeca area. The beautiful scenery and sea views can be admired from the lounge and dining area but best enjoyed from the fabulous infinity pool and comfortable seating on the pool terrace. The villa is centrally located between the resorts of Binibeca, reknown for the charming fishing village Binibeca Vell, and Punta Prima, featuring a beautiful beach. Both destinations provide a variety of restaurants and bars, easily accessible within a 5 minute drive. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.

Villa Iris Torret is set between 2 of the most scenic resorts in Menorca, Binibeca and Punta Prima. Binibeca has selection of bars and restaurants as well as a quirky fishing village called Binibeca Vell. Punta Prima has a stunning sandy beach backed by a good range of eateries. Both places can be easily reached in under a 5 minute drive.  For a more traditional scene of tapas bars, charming centre and larger supermarkets head to the inland town of San Luis, a 10 minute drive away.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
