“Good value & excellent breakfast.”

“Bellissima”

“A beautiful spot and a lovely old mill building that has been renovated very well indeed. Rooms are very nicely decorated and appointed, with comfy beds and pillows.”

“I enjoyed my 3 night visit. I found the staff pleasant and the hotel a nice ambience. My room was a little tired but everything I needed. I will stay again. Great value for money.”

“A very nice place to stay”

“Great staff, location and amenities”

“The hotel is located in the village of Blockley, one of our favourite villages in the Cotswolds, as it is completely untouristy and truly charming. It is also very close to other villages, all easily reachable within 10–15 minutes by car. The hotel rooms are a bit dated, but the staff were extremely kind and even upgraded our room, giving us a very lovely and comfortable accommodation. Breakfast, ordered from the menu, was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay”

“Lovely stay and friendly staff. They even came out to the car park to greet us. The property was beautiful.”

“What can I say it’s a lovely experience to stay here big comfy bed, fluffy white towels and a absolute gem of a restaurant, it will always be my first choice when staying in the area to eat or sleep everything is 5*”

“stanza non molto pulita, se divano letto aperto per terza persona IMPOSSIBILE raggiungere il BAGNO .la stanza confinava con la cucina poca luce ed aria per tre persone. ottima posizione e ottima colazione qualità prezzo decisamente discutibile”

“On check in asked for a breakfast to take away due to a 5 am start the following morning Was told no . No air conditioning in the lodge just a fan . Very quiet location with no amenities round about . Room was clean with lovely views . Had breakfast the second morning which was nice . If you’re after a really quiet retreat then it’s for you .”

“WiFi was not available, The Lodge WiFi did not exist when searched for. I missed a very important meeting due to this, this was one of the reasons we chose The Lodge.”

“Room vert clean and fresh. All staff very helpful and nice. The food was excellent we really enjoyed dinner here. Includes Parking, WiFi and breakfast. The quality of the breakfast was great. The pub area was also very nice and welcoming.”
