“Good hotel in a great location, very clean with friendly staff. I had altitude sickness, and the staff, especially Erica, went out of their way to help me through it. A nice bonus was that on the day we had to leave at 5 AM for an excursion, they prepared a breakfast box for us. On our last day, they also allowed us a late check-out (for a small surcharge), which was very convenient. The only downside was that, for some reason, the bathroom had a bad smell. Other than that, everything was great...

"The staff completely ignored the VIP status. The room were horrible, noisy, and some genius put windows in the room that look into the building stairs so anytime someone passes by and turn on the lights the room inside is very bright. Moreover it’s impossible to keep the room dark at night. The bathroom is a joke, is the smallest I have ever seen. After complaining the staff moved us in a triple room which is slightly more comfortable, credit to the staff for trying but the structure itself is awful "
