“We loved the property. We wanted something that was outside of the city, but close enough to get in easily. Hiking trails were easily accessible. The rooms were comfortable and appreciated how well stocked the house was for things we might need. We have been on the road for a few weeks, so access to the washer/dryer was a big bonus for us. The views from the living room were outstanding. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area. ”

“We had a wonderful stay! The host truly cared about making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication was great, and the house itself was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. You can tell a lot of thought went into the space. The manager warned us that there was little WiFi in the general area, so we asked her to send us the door code of the cabin a few hours before we were to arrive. She did not do so, so we had to stop in a town, get WiFi and remind her, with less than one hour to go, that she hadn’t yet sent the code. This was nerve racking. “Great spacious condo. We did some hiking around Twin Lakes and hiked Mt Elbert whole staying there. Everything is excellently appointed. Fun bunk room for the kids. Movie selection is excellent. The neighborhood is a little remote and tough to get into if you don't have high clearance. Just FYI. ”

“The cabin was comfortable and close to town. I think the management should allow for a later check out time. 10:00 am is too early. You can't check in until 4:00 pm so a 10:00 am departure seems unreasonable. Yes, you can request a later check out but of course you are charged. I would rent the cabin again if I were attending the festival in Leadville. ”
