“We booked 3 hotel rooms. One of them had pubic hair on a towel. Another had a very dirty bathroom wall, dirty lamp shade, dirty carpet. You have to take your trash down to the dumpster, which isn't a huge deal but you're not told at checkout and there's nothing in the rooms, just a small sign by the elevator. The front desk staff was super great and helpful though.”

“The breakfast area was well stocked and very clean. Tables were continually being wiped down and food refreshed promptly. Best hotel waffle I've ever had with with extra toppings of caramel sauce and crushed walnuts. ”

“The staff were friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast coupons were right on time. They had a variety of breakfast options including cereal French toast waffle bacon sausage juice potatoes etc. the rooms were great and the gym area was excellent! They had a variety of different equipments available including strength training and cardio.”

“They overbooked the hotel and gave my sisters room away for her second day. Her room also had water damage over the bed. She was told just to pull the bed out if it started leaking. Our room smelled of mildew when we entered with condensation on the inside of the window. The tv would randomly turn itself off or the channels wouldn’t come on. For breakfast it wasn’t very good either, not having everything it stated it would have. I had to get my own plates and bowls out the cabinet when they ran...

“The building itself was beautiful like a castle. But the parking is so far away and the set up of the parking lot not good. There’s absolutely nothing here to see or do. You can’t even get a complementary cup of coffee.! The coffee maker in my room, someone opened coffee and poured it in the wrong slot and apparently nobody cleaned it out before we checked in?? When the heat just at 70 hit the room it smelt like something was burning? The table to sit at was so wobbly you couldn’t sit there and...

“AVOID this property at all costs! While touting they have been renovated, it feels like something of the 1960s. There are NONE of the common courtesies provided. NO towel racks in the bathroom, just ramshackle ”
