“While the overall hotel was very clean I would definitely not stay at this location again. We are in the Mesquite area often and this was our first time at Hampton Inn & Suites. Overall horrible staff. I’ve never felt more UNwelcomed at a hotel. We arrived early and my husband wasn’t feeling well so we requested to check in. We absolutely wanted to pay, it was 2 hours early. “Room was clean and the breakfast was great!”

“The room and property were clean. Breakfast items were very lean (no much to choose from). My only problem was the air conditioner unit. It was very loud and kept turning on and off too often. The indoor pool area was great!”

“Call and asked if they had a pool and was told yes but got there and it was closed. Room was hot and uncomfortable because it was well after midnight till the air conditioner finally got room cool.”

“If you are looking for a low budget hotel with friendly service I would recommend. Smooth process checking in and out. Room had a smoky smell but they did provide clean towels and sheets and cleaned your room. The no visitor rule was strange and there was a light warning to kick you out if you had any extra guest but other than that I had no problems here.”

“The hotel was very clean and, located by variety of shops & restaurants . The breakfast was hot and fresh their were options for everyone . All the staff were friendly and helpful with all my questions and needs. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our dinner . I like how they offer Bbq area and the equipment as well as seasoning to grill your own foods too. ”

“One night of our stay, my friend and I walked to the nearby plaza to grab a bite. On the way back in, we asked the security guard why he was blocking off the plaza with his car, and he responded saying “this is not a good area”😅 While we didn’t see anything too concerning, and we generally felt safe on the property, it’s worth noting lol. Overall very clean and appropriately priced stay!”

“The apartment was lovely and spacious. Great location for our needs. We had a good stay but it could have been great with a few more simple amenities. There was no dresser space, only 2 pants hangers in the closet and only one towel hook in the bathroom. With no drawers for clothing luggage racks would have been helpful.”
