“Great Metairie location - very convenient. Very nice and clean, but needs more interior design finishes (art on the wall, a rug or two, more pillows on the bed, a couple throw pillows on the couch, etc).”

“Room and property were clean and quiet. Staff were helpful. The only thing was our room did not have a TV remote and the tv would not turn off with the button on the TV itself. Otherwise, everything was great!”

“Breakfast was Delicious, Clinr, dining area, the Basketball, court. My son loved, was quiet, the bed was comfortable. Check in was a 25-30 minute wait, fixtures in bathroom (toilet paper holder, shower) we’re slightly dysfunctional, but no big deal”

“1st floor room and much more quiet that expected, especially in proximity of major road and highway. Comfortable bed with clean sheets and towels. A/C system a little noisy after the first night. Bathroom could have used a little care with ceiling over tub. Good hot water and water pressure. Staff was wonderful, friendly and took good care of us!”

“I can't say that we liked the property. Wasn't told that they were in the process of remodeling. Job materials scattered throughput the front lobby area. as well as the workers were using the luggage carts to carry their materials leaving one cart to bring in and out our luggage. Not to mention the cart had a flat tire. Along with that our shower leaked reported it to the front desk on Saturday morning as leaving t for a funeral. The front desk said he would report it to maintenance. That night...

“The room was very nice and quiet and clean. The staff were friendly. I didn’t like the breakfast, the eggs was watery the bacon was too thin. we had a nice 25th wedding anniversary. Thomas & Bernice Jackson”

“The room was not the room I booked. It was supposed to be a queen suite with a pull out sofa bed. It turned out to be a double bed with a couch. The room was dirty and the bathroom had damage to the wall. We cancelled the reservation at the desk. ”
