“This hotel was deceiving. Affiliated with Marriott i am very disappointed. The person running the valet made us park our own car and did not assist us with our luggage. The hotel is run down and under construction. The bed was horribly uncomfortable the bed linens were low quality. Extremely disappointed. ”

“The black gentleman that made those grits! If you know you know.. They were the best grits we’ve eaten. Everything was excellent! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else while in Duval!”

“Easy check-in and clean facilities. The room was amazing and everything I needed for my quick trip.”

“Great location and parking. Although there was a slight issue at check in, the staff was very friendly and solved the issue quickly. The condo was very clean and in close proximity to the pool. Great area for walking and close to restaurants and shopping. My only con would be to upgrade tvs in the bedroom.”

“The room carpet had so many stains and they gave me the worst room. The entire hotel smells like rotting sewage. They dont maintain the property at all. The shower drain water would not go down and the floor tiles were slanted. Room smelled like cigarettes and so did the towels. Mold on the tiles of the bathroom... got a refund and got told to wait until 2 am to see if there would be a new room. No thanks, I went to the Marriot.”

“Roaches in the bathroom and in the room and the front desk staff at check out was very rude and didn’t wanna give me the owner information ”

“The older guy that does breakfast or works at the desk is rude and has a nasty attitude. He told me that it is against the law to transfer me over to a room for a guest which was a friend of mine. That is not correct, I work at a hotel now. You are not allowed to give out room number information, tell anyone about a guests room number, let anyone in the room that’s not a registered guest in the room and if you mistakenly give out a guest room number while telling them about where their room is...

“It's well located downtown. Everything was clean and fine. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was OK. The warming cabinet left the egg patties cold though. Otherwise, coffee was good and good selection. My kid was very happy with the waffle maker. Good stay at a smaller quiet property. I will stay again.”

“Amazing location with an incredibly charming and romantic feel. I highly recommend as the vibes are good and the breakfast is great.”

“Please, demolish that disgusting place! Stop selling that dump on Expedia—it’s full of people loitering about and looks absolutely dreadful. The hallways reek of urine. It was abysmal; we left instantly—we didn't even make it to the room—and we really needed to sleep after a long journey. And, of course, we lost our money—money that you should be refunding to us!”

“Stay was great, I've stayed here multiple times and I would recommend this hotel for convenience to the highway, grocery store ( walmart, Aldi) and close to most places ”
