“Estuvimos en el Hotel Histórico Central del 29 de diciembre al 2 de enero. En general, la experiencia fue muy buena.
Al llegar hubo algunos detalles (habitación preparada para una sola persona e iluminación baja), pero el personal los resolvió de inmediato con gran amabilidad.
El único punto negativo fue un malentendido con el check-in: nos habían confirmado ingreso a primera hora de la tarde (alrededor de la 1:00 pm), pero la habitación estuvo disponible recién a las 3:00 pm. Además, por el...

“The hotel has a fantastic location, very close to the Zócalo, which makes sightseeing extremely convenient. The breakfast is quite good, with decent quality and variety, although the selection stays the same every day, so it can feel a bit repetitive after a while.
The hotel provides complimentary bottled water and apples, which is a thoughtful touch. Sometimes when I felt a bit hungry, grabbing an apple was really nice.
The staff are friendly and helpful overall.
One downside is the noise...

“I've been there last September and the breakfast was amazing, the room was clean and comfortable. I decided to come back again but it wasn't as before. Once in the shower I realized that there was only shower hose with the old regular shower not working. I had to hold the hose with my hand coz the hanger was broken so while soaping in the other hand I was holding the hose, amazing right? And there are no fridges in the room by the way.. ”
