At DIB Collection, your overall well-being is our priority. Our modern two-story loft with one bedroom awaits you, featuring an incredible private terrace garden and a bright ambiance. This beautiful loft has been built with an open and minimalist style within a historical 1910 house.



Rest in the cozy space of your queen-size bed, with Smart TV, high-speed wifi, and 1.5 bathrooms at your disposal. The kitchen is equipped with Teka appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. The elegant Corian shower and ample closet space are just some of the touches that will make you feel even more special.

Upon arrival the front door entry code will be provided to you. Digital pad key entrance to lofts will be the last six digits of cell number. Front door entry to the building will have the last six digits programmed for use. For your peace of mind all door handles will be disinfected per new entry.

- Cancellation Policy

• Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked between 30 and 14 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking. After that, a 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.



-Additional Fees

• Late checkout may be available, subject to availability, and will incur an additional nightly charge.

• A commission of 3.5% will be charged for payments made through card payment terminals.

Property was nice, some of the amenities were lacking.

Overall nice property, staff onsite were very helpful. Couple of issues with our stay:1. The A/C in our room did not work. They moved us tyo a diff room but we lost our terrace in the process which was one of the reasons I booked the room initially. 2. The shower water pressure is very much lacking and we had no hot water. Location is good and close to many shops, markets and restos but the issues we encountered above made us look a little less forward to getting home at the end of our busy days. Overall, place was nice but those key amenities really put a damper on our stay.
