MonolocAle bello e nuovo ma Troppo chiassoso la sera/notte a causa di ospiti che stavano davanti alla nostra camera. Abbiamo dormito male anche perché la nostra camera era sotto L ufficio della struttura quindi si sentiva continuamente un via vai. Quando venivano cambiati gli asciugamani spesso non erano sufficienti per 2 persone. Zona per comodità super

Comfortable and clean
The hotel is just a few minuts from the main attractions in the area, it is clean and quiete. The parking is not so far but expensive.

il punto di partenza di una grande vacanza..
Check in rapido ed efficiente, upgrade di camera per una sovrapposizione di prenotazioni, personale cortesissimo nel mostrare la camera, il funzionamento ed i servizi. le foto del sito e le descrizioni rispecchiano in pieno la location e la dotazione delle camere, nessuna brutta sorpresa!! l'aparthotel si trova a due passi dalla celeberrima Lincoln Road, punto di riferimento per lo shopping e la ristorazione a South Beach. sempre in pochi minuti a piedi (in direzione opposta però, sul Dade blvd) è raggiungibile un supermarket, in modo da avere l'indipendenza che uno desidera grazie alla cucina (o cucinino, a seconda della sistemazione scelta) a disposizione nel appartamento. per gli spostamenti in bus, la fermata si trova subito sulla 17th, comodissima anche perchè i trasporti sono molto bene organizzati per orari ed intersezioni di linee. raccomandazione: il biglietto si paga direttamente sul bus, quindi avere a portata di mano dollari, quartini e via dicendo! in alternativa, se si prevedono molti spostamenti nel arco della giornata, in alcuni punti strategici è possibile fare il Day Pass magnetico (poco più di 5$ e giri tutto il giorno). in sostanza, la collocazione pone il Meridian in un punto tranquillissimo ma in diretta prossimità di tutto! la struttura, le camere e le forniture rispecchiano fedelmente quanto si può trovare online. quello che invece sul sito non si trova ma si scopre là è il personale: UNICO. gentili, professionali, disponibilissimi e pure simpatici!

Bel monolocale a due passi da Lincoln Road
Camera curata con angolo cottura e bagno a due blocchi dalla via dello shopping di Miami Beach. Alcune camere affacciano direttamente sulla strada per cui sono rumorose. L'ambiente è curato e il personate molto cortese. Consigliato.

My family and I have stayed here multiple times. The location is close to everything, shops, beach and walking distance to everything you need for your stay. The staff is professional and always amazing. The location is private and offers many options for larger families. Price is great!

Great Place
Julius, Nicholas and Obed were great! The Air conditioner was alittle loud. One of the windows did not lock. But overall a great smaller place to stay with lots to do within walking distance.

No geral a experiência foi muito boa. Os apartamentos são espaçosos e as coisas são novas, exatamente como nas fotos. A localização é excelente, uns 15 minutos andando até a praia. Atendimento dos funcionários é cordial. Não tem piscina, mas tem uma parceira com um hotel que tem. Estacionamento cobrado (35 dólares por noite). Tivemos um "problema" com uns insetos em um dos quartos e eles só conseguiram resolver no dia seguinte (limpando, e não nos trocando de quarto). No mais, tudo certo.

Ficar em Miami Beach e uma pessima opcao !!! Tive de pagar 140 dólares de taxas de hospedagem (um roubo) e mais 160 dólares de taxa de estacionamento (40 dólares a diária). O hotel não tem café da manhã. Muito caro. Recomendo ficar na região acima de Miami Beach- vc não é tão explorado. Enfim, não vale mesmo. Região decadente, hotéis velhos, dificuldade de se estacionar.

Dear Stanley, Unfortunatly there's not free parking in Miami Beach, and here you have the option to leave it in front on the hotel. About the hotel fee, before you book the reservation, you are able to notice all the fees and deposit. Beside that, I hope you have enjoyed your stay with us!

Great Option, good value
Very spacious accommodation, close to shops, bars restaurants - spoiled for choice! Stayed two night, first night was a little noisy but this did not overlap to the next night.

The hotel is located in a quiet residential neighborhood but very close to Lincoln road and other attractions. Outside of a few small things, we very much enjoyed our stay here. It is very good for family travel.

When We checked in the floor was wet as we entered the room. Front desk was with us cause we had a issue getting into the room so she helped us open the door she said O be careful they just mopped the floor. The washer smelled like mildew, then I reported it to staff she said the washer was broke the other day, I didn't know due to I texted front desk to ask about washer & dryers cause I put a load of clothes in washer after going to CVS to get Lysol wipes to clean out the washer. The TV didn't work I texted the front desk the 1st day to inform them if they can send someone never responded nor did someone come since we stayed 5 days, The chairs were not 🚫❌ safe, we sat down for dinner then the 🪑 chair broke and my daughter got injured by falling on the ground hitting her head & back onto the floor. I texted the front desk & went to office to get help with my daughter's injury, Jennifer came into our unit she took pictures of the broken chair & set in the other chairs she stated as she had realized herself that the chair she set in was about to crumble to the floor also. Front Desk texted me saying they would get in touch with me later after they talk to manager. I ask if the general manager please call me.

Great location if you are attending something at the convention center! In a quiet corner so you don’t have to deal with the South Beach craziness, but an easy walk or Uber to the more central areas. Amazing amenities and wonderful staff. I will definitely be coming again for my next convention event!

This property was hands down the best! They not only help our luggage prior to checking in but also when we checked out as we had a late flight. The property is very clean they supply everything you need from towels paper towels sparking water, shampoo conditioner hand soap ,dish washing and laundry detergent! Our kitchen was fully equipped with all dishes cups pans and wine glasses and even had an espresso maker. The beds and pillows were comfy. We will definitely be back as everything was walking distance! And the staff are so kind! Loved it!

This 2 story property without elevator . We stayed on first floor and there was a lot of noise coming from unit upstairs first during the day from people cleaning it for about 2 hours - moving firniture, loud foot steps then in the middle of night from people staying upstairs . Loud music playing , heavy foot steps and moving furniture sounds . Outside of the noise , staff was very helpfull .

It was fine
The apartment was nice and clean. We were on the first floor and it was really loud early in the morning. Parking was a bit high ($35/night). We also had to pay a resort fee of $40/night for a resort that’s couple blocks away even though we didn’t use the resort. No free breakfast either. Take in all the costs before booking.

The resort fee is to high compared with other places , the people in reception lied telling me it was for taxes and got defensive about it , bad attitude not friendly at all
