Location Location Location!
The location of this property, especially at the price point, is AMAZING! We parked our car and never left the garage until checkout. The view from the balcony is beautiful, especially at sunrise and sunset. The property itself is a little outdated, but is stocked with everything you could ever need during your stay and more. The pool requires some renovation, the paint is peeling and gets all over your feet, suit, clothes, and bags. Also, checkout is a nightmare! We waited 45 minutes for an elevator and eventually ended up having to take the stairs from the 40th floor to the 7th floor...with 2 kids, 3 suite cases, a cooler, and a case of water. Not the perfect ending to a nearly perfect Miami vacation. Every single floor of the hotel had a line for the elevators...and when one eventually showed up, it was already full. I recommend waking up early before the rest of the hotel, or putting your luggage in the car the night before and taking the stairs with as few items as possible. Otherwise this property is close to perfect! Thanks for sharing your beautiful Brickell home with our family!
