+Public Transit: A bus stop is conveniently located at the corner of the building, providing frequent connections throughout Miami. The Miami Mover train to MIA is also easily accessible.

+Walkability & Safety: Downtown Doral is highly walkable and safe at any time of day, making it easy to explore shops, restaurants, and local attractions on foot.

House Rules

+No smoking: $250 fee applies.

+Late checkout: $50 after 11:30 AM; full night rate after 12:15 PM.

+Lockouts: $100 locksmith fee after 6 PM.

+Packages & Mail: Not accepted. Please use nearby pickup locations. We are not responsible for lost or unaccepted items.



Quiet Hours:

+Security Deposit: For reservations via VRBO or our direct booking site, a deposit of $300–$1,000 is required (depending on length of stay), along with a signed rental agreement and credit card authorization form.
