Hotel confortevole a downtown
L'hotel è abbastanza nuovo e si vede, ma la scelta dello stile delle camere abbastanza discutibile se non si ha una passione per il "kitsch". Rispetto ad altri W hotels questo è certamente di livello inferiore e lo si nota in molti aspetti. L'attenzione al design ha lasciato spazio al cattivo gusto, al pacchiano. La piscina e gli spazi comuni all'ultimo piano sono persino anonimi nella loro banalità. Il personale distratto e superficiale, trascurato nell'attenzione al cliente. Si nota la mancanza di qualcuno che supervisioni e controlli il tutto. Il comfort in camera è quello tipico della catena, specialmente materasso e cuscini divini, ma la ciocca di capelli biondi femminili lasciata su una parete della doccia in bagno, no. Certamente più colpa della maleducazione di chi l'ha lasciata nel fare la doccia che di chi non se ne è accorto nel fare le pulizie (incredibilmente per le dimensioni), ma tant'è che non si poteva non notare. Il costo di qualsiasi "benefit" è ridicolo, a partire dai 7 dollari per le bottigliette di acqua disseminate in camera e in bagno, gli altri articoli del minibar, internet a pagamento, ecc. ecc. Pessimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e non un hotel di lusso.

This was THE WORST Hotel I have ever stayed in my whole life. No breakfast, no functioning restaurant. And when you order from outside, it took them 22 minutes to brin it to my room. It was of course cold and unedible. The room was so noisy, I couldn't sleep without my earplugs. Even then I heard noises. Manager was rude and not helpful at all. I would never stay here again.

Overall a good stay. The staff was very courteous and attentive. The rooms could use a little upkeep as the wall paper in some areas was beginning to peel. The noise was pretty bad as well as our room was facing Brickell which is always busy and plenty of honking going on. There is nothing the hotel can do about that and after dark it gets a lot better.

Hotel room was nicely designed with high end finishes but it was dated. There was cracked tile, lamp switches were old and just laying behind the desk so you had to search for them. There was a glass lamp shade in the bathroom missing. Most items were worn. Sheets had long strings that got caught around my neck. The toiletries were Italian and great. The onsite restaurant had very slow service, the food was mediocre but drinks were good - waiters/staff were great. View from the hotel and restaurant were amazing! For the price, overall, I expected more.

The only real negative was the $42/night parking. They’re sneaky because the charge by hour. So you get to 10-24 hours is $42. So I wonder who stays at least 1 night but only parks for 9.5 hours? It’s literally impossible if you drive here. This is a sneaky way to say “it’s hourly” when in reality it’s not. So maybe park somewhere else or Uber in.

Under förväntan till en 5 stjärners hotell som ingår i W hotell kjedjan. Dåligt utbud med en restaurant med lite smakfull mat och champage som blev hällt över i en plastflaska och serverat i plastmugg. Tog allt för lång tid att få service vid poolområdet. Generellt väldigt dåligt. Borde varit fler anställda som tog hand om sina gäster. Rummet var superfräscht och bra men thats it. Lätt men dyrt att parkera bilen. I helhet, inte värt det. Ett 5 stjärnor hotell borde ha mer att bjuda på!

Great place to stay. Great service nice facilities. Great location. They need daily Valet parking for guest. Parking options aren’t good. The bedroom doors slam waking up the whole floor. Valet service is not part of the hotel and was really bad and irresponsible with the vehicles. Took long and used it to get their lunch. It stunk of food once delivered.

Not the type of housekeeping I expected from this
The hotel is wonderful however it is old. Wallpaper on walls and lampshades was covered with dust. Toilet was not cleaned. While someone made the bed, it appeared that furniture was not wiped down after the previous guest with fingerprints everywhere. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times, and have never experienced this type of poor housekeeping.

Generally a nice place to stay. The area is great for dining and walking around. The room was very clean and the decor was fun. A great mini bar selection too. The location however was very loud. Loud music and loud cars all night. We went to use the gym in the morning at the opening time (6am) and everything was still locked and no lights in the hallway.

I was asked for a compulsory payment of USD 20 per person per day in advance for cost that I could have during my time there. Even if I didn´t spend I was charged. This is clearly a hidden cost that is not acceptable. All the other things are really benchmark. the attention from the people working there, including the people in the restaurant are in the highest level possible. Congratulations.

The staff was nearly hostile - they were even rude about it being booked on Orbitz and I had booked a view room but the room is in the lowest floor on the street side. Also for a W this place is bland.

There was no room service after 10pm. We had to order Uber Eats and the hotel wouldn't bring our order to our room. We had to go down to the lobby to pick it up. The front desk was manned by 2 people who admitted they were the only 2 employees working in the hotel that night! I tried to call housekeeping because the in-room fridge was making a loud buzzing sound but no one picked up the phone. No one at the front desk also answered the phone. Embarrassing lack of hospitality and service. That said, the room was clean and breakfast the next morning was quick and well made.
