“This was an excellent resort. The property had everything for everybody. The pools were beautiful with a great shallow kiddie pool with lots of attractions. Lots of restaurants with varied cuisine. Only drawback it was hard to get reservations. The staff were all very customer focused and helpful. We had a medical issue and there was a full time doctor. I would highly recommend it.”

“Room was not clean on arrival just bedding was changed still had old room service dishes inside. For being a fairly new property it was in very poor shape. Railings broken, lights broken, and paint peeling in general areas. This is the 5th dreams location I’ve been to and the only one I would never recommend. “I paid around $500 extra for the VIP upgrade. Included was top shelf liquor. What they failed to mention was that while six friends were having their drinks delivered poolside I had to get out of the pool dry off get dressed and walk 5-10 minutes to the VIP room, which was the only way I could get my VIP drinks. I also was supposed to be able to make reservations. NOPE. A few people I met paid less than I did for their VIP experience and they had a “butler”, I did not. I purchased a...

“The rooms, while spacious, seem average at best. There is too much moisture inside and when you turn the AC on, it gets very sticky and humid. The property as such is very well located with great beach access and the pools are excellent. Food was very good too with great selection in the menu.”

“Our stay at the W Punta Cana was far from ideal. While the property's design is beautiful and fitting of a luxury hotel, our group of ten experienced severe health and hygiene issues. On our last day, five people in our party suffered from severe diarrhea; we strongly suspect that the freshness or quality of the food was compromised. Furthermore, six members of our group broke out in red rashes, and five people sustained numerous bite marks that strongly resemble bedbug bites”
