  • La nostra casa di nuova costruzione è direttamente di fronte al sentiero sulla spiaggia (fermata sulla spiaggia 11) sul Lake Shore Drive. La casa fu completata nel giugno 2018. La casa ha un layout aperto - la cucina si apre al soggiorno / sala da pranzo. La casa dispone di 7 camere da letto, 4 bagni, un seminterrato completamente finito, un grande ponte anteriore e una veranda riparata sul retro.

    La nostra casa ha 7 camere da letto e 4 bagni. I layout della camera da letto sono i seguenti:

    7 ° camera da letto - 2 letti a castello, entrambi con due letti singoli e 1 letto singolo aggiuntivo

    Lo spazio

    Amerai questa casa vacanze direttamente di fronte al sentiero sulla spiaggia di Lake Shore Drive. La nostra casa ha un paio di grandi opzioni all'aperto: un grande ponte nella parte anteriore della casa e una veranda sul retro. L'interno della casa ha un layout aperto, con la cucina che si apre verso la zona pranzo e il soggiorno. Il grande tavolo da pranzo può ospitare 10 - 11 persone (8 sedie e una panchina). Abbiamo anche un ulteriore tavolo pieghevole per 4 persone e sedie nella dispensa che può essere aggiunto al tavolo della sala da pranzo per una grande cena. Il soggiorno ha un grande divano componibile. Il seminterrato ha una camera familiare con 2 divani e 2 poltrone supplementari.

    Ci sono 3 televisori in casa: il soggiorno e il seminterrato dispongono di TV a grande schermo con accesso a Comcast Cable e Roku. La camera da letto principale ha una TV Roku. La casa dispone di connessione internet wireless (wifi). C'è spazio per un massimo di 5 veicoli nel vialetto di fronte alla casa.

    Questa casa ha un sacco di fascino durante tutto l'anno. E 'perfetto per una vacanza al mare in estate, una vacanza autunnale per vedere le bellissime foglie, un weekend di calcio Notre Dame, un tranquillo ritiro invernale innevato, una rilassante pausa primaverile, o un weekend di degustazione di vini in qualsiasi momento!

This house was great! We had 6 adults and 10 children stay here and we had plenty of room for all. The kids loved the bunk room and had the best cousin sleepover. The AC worked better than any beach house we’ve ever stayed at! So nice after we walked a few miles to and from the 4th of July parade. The beach access was right across the street. The house had a million beach chairs to use which was great. If you’re traveling here, know that there are bath towels in all of the bathrooms. We had a large group and couldn’t find enough at first - but found majority in the basement bathroom. The owner does provide a couple laundry and dish pods, but I’d recommend bringing your own as well if you’re washing a lot of beach clothes and towels. I’d also bring some extra paper towels and some cleaning wipes. Thanks again for a great stay! We had a great time and would definitely return!

Our family of 10 stayed here for a week and overall had a great vacation. The house is very spacious and comfortably fit our group. While the listing says it sleeps 18, I think that would be very crowded. The location is excellent, but the property needs better cleaning and maintenance.At first glance the house appears clean, but once you settle in, you notice it isn't well maintained. The biggest disappointment was the grill. It was filthy, covered in grease, had old food left inside, and the burners were deteriorated and unusable. My granddaughter touched it and ended up covered in grease.There were also several maintenance issues that should have been caught during a walkthrough between guests. The first-floor bathroom door handle fell off, the laundry room bifold doors were broken, curtain rods were bent, and there were multiple patched water-damaged ceilings that were never properly repaired. Some mattresses were uncomfortable and squeaky, and the basement bedroom felt uninviting, so no one wanted to use it.My suggestion to the owners is to spend a little more time on cleaning and perform a maintenance walkthrough after each rental. This property has great potential, but better upkeep would make a significant difference.

This property had a good location and was large, but that is the only positive I can say about it. Otherwise, it was the quintessential example of the race to the bottom and absolutely no desire to provide any kind of reasonable guest experience. The place was dirty-- hair in the shower, dirty brown smudges of god knows what above the toilet paper on the wall, dust dirt and grunge everywhere, dirty cleaning rags found on the floor at check in in multiple rooms, unclean dishes in the kitchen (maybe because, as noted further down, they don't provide basic supplies like a scrub brush to actually clean them, so prior guests just put them away duty and covered with grunge). The host didn't provide hand towels or shower mats, and the bathroom towels were something they got at goodwill a decade ago (threadbare, falling apart). They don't provide shampoo or basic supplies. The house is far from a "new build" as detailed in the listing-- it's falling apart. Think-- door knob to bathroom falling off every time you use it, broken floor tiles, filthy mold stained doors, holes in the bathroom walls where there should be towel racks, a grill that has never been cleaned so it was a hazard / unusable (started a grease fire, and no fire extinguisher is available), exposed unfinished Sheetrock in bedrooms, the list goes on.

Winter Stay

Great place for our group of 15. Easy access to Lake Michigan, and plenty of space to spread out. A couple of broken items were there when we arrived, but nothing detrimental to our experience.

Overall great time! Property very clean and great location. Good space for a large group. Future renters be aware : no shower soap or shampoo is provided and only 2 dishwasher and laundry tabs were supplied.

Beach in Aug

We were a large group- 5 families. We all fit in the house with plenty of room. Kitchen and eating area work well for big meals. Beach access was perfect. House is a little run down, but all just cosmetic and what I expect from a vacation rental. I would rent again.

Family Wedding Spot

This was a great place to host our family and friends who were coming into town for a family wedding. Lots of rooms and great location. It seems like it has some wear and tear so don't think it's brand new but the owner was super attentive to the repairs needed and made sure to respond to my messages quickly. I'd definitely recommend it for a family and friends get together!

Family gathering

We had a family gathering for 18 people and had plenty of room for everyone. We were able to park 5 vehicles with no issues in the driveway. The house is across the street from the beach with a short walk.

A great long weekend stay.

The house was wonderful. Our group of 11 friends found the house to be a lovely getaway for a long weekend. When we checked in we noted a few small issues and the host , Colin, came to address them right away. The layout is great for a large group and having two porches is a nice bonus. We are already making plans to return to this house again.

Great location. Steps from the beach, however, the dishwasher was broken (we were told about that) and we were given no compensation for that. The property overall felt dirty and poorly stocked.

Thanksgiving weekend away

Our family of 17 stayed for 4 nights, the house was perfect for us - plenty of very comfortable beds and space. Kitchen was very well stocked and house was very clean. The owner Colin was very quick to respond to the few questions we had. It was too cold to be at the beach but water was literally across the street. I would highly recommend this house!

Tidy but microwave didn't work!

The home is tidy and stocked at the level expected of a rental but not super clean. The microwave by all appearances should function - timer runs and it makes noise but doesn't heat anything which is tough when eating out and with children. Overall a nice stay, easy check in and out, and great access to the private beach a short walk away.

We had the best time! Location was perfect!

The shore line was just steps away and being out there looking at that huge body of water was breathtaking! It was cool but refreshing at the same time! The house had plenty of room the beds were comfortable and we all slept great! I had some questions about the area before we arrived and Collin our host replied within the hour with all kinds of resources and we appreciated that so much! We hope to be back again next year!

Family time

The house is awesome for 13 people however it needs a deep clean with some numerous minor repairs needed, have a list of 13 items which need repair. Also some TLC but overall perfect location but not paying listing price for next year!

This location was perfect and the home was large enough to meet our group’s needs. The common areas were also large and open, easily accommodating our size group. We enjoyed the beach! The hosts were responsive when we had questions. The home also left a bit to be desired - it was clear there was some water damage to the home at one time and many areas that had been patched, but not sanded or painted. TV and fan remotes were either missing or didn't have batteries. There were some drainage/plumbing issues in the upstairs bathroom. The furniture was worn and dated. Cleaning service also appeared to have skipped an entire bathroom.

Great House and Location

This was a great spot for a beach vacation--the house was spacious and an easy walk to the beach. We'd stay here again if pets were allowed. The hosts were very responsive--there were a few minor things that would have been nice to have (salt/pepper shakers, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent), but the hosts had more pods delivered when we asked about their location. They also had a new coffee maker delivered when the current one stopped working.

Book Club 20th Anniversary

This house was huge and the bedrooms and bathrooms were most sufficient and comfortable. The host was very easy to work with and accommodating on a few small issues we had. The access to the lake and beachfront was so easy and accessible. Beautiful beach. There were 10 of us and this property was more than sufficient for us. It does need a bit of tender loving care though. The sun porch was dirty and the metal strip on the stove was coming off. A few towel racks had come down and not been replaced but just left with the mounting hardware. Little things like that which made it good not excellent on the review
