  • All'esterno al livello principale si trova il primo di due spaziosi schermati in portici. C'è un patio sul retro con posti a sedere integrati e doccia esterna anche per il vostro divertimento all'aperto. Una grande sandbox per i bambini davanti al portico chiuso con molti posti a sedere per gli adulti a guardare i bambini che giocano. Giocattoli di sabbia e palline forniti anche per gli ospiti in una borsa sulla veranda.

    Il livello principale degli interni offre il soggiorno aperto con TV e spazi pranzo con il grande tavolo da pranzo e posti a sedere aggiuntivi sulla penisola. La tana, anch'essa a livello principale, ha un futon e una TV ed è ideale per i bambini che hanno un posto dove giocare o fare un pisolino nelle vicinanze. C'è anche un bagno completo al livello principale. La cucina è ben attrezzata con tutto il necessario per preparare i pasti per la famiglia. Un secondo grande ponte fuori dalla cucina sul retro di Dunelow ha una griglia a gas e posti a sedere in scatola.

    Il secondo livello ospita le 4 camere da letto, tutte con letti queen size e altri 2 bagni completi. Due delle camere offrono accesso al grande ponte schermato di secondo livello. Questo mazzo ha anche un fan se hai bisogno di una brezza aggiuntiva. Un sacco di mobili per rilassarsi e ammirare lo scenario di Beachwalk Lane, un luogo accogliente per rilassarsi nella privacy.

    Dunlow è unica in quanto è una delle poche case allestite con tutti i letti queen size. Il set-up è l'ideale per 4 coppie in fuga, gite in golf dove tutti vogliono la propria camera da letto o la vacanza in famiglia! Se non hai bisogno di una serie di letti a castello, questa è la casa che fa per te! Questa casa offre anche un generatore, per ogni evenienza, per quelle notti estive che possono essere un po 'ventilate in riva al lago, a volte Dunelow non sarà mai senza energia!

    Dunelow è una casa per non fumatori, senza animali domestici situata alla rotonda nel cuore del Beachwalk Resort. Non si potrebbe chiedere una posizione migliore che offra un rapido accesso ai servizi di Beachwalk dall'altra parte della strada ed è comunque una breve passeggiata per le splendide rive del Lago Michigan. Anche una casa per bambini! Minimo 4 notti da metà giugno a metà agosto.

Enjoyable stay

The property was well stocked (except for a firepit and a golf cart). We liked the location which was close to the headquarters, pool, lake, and other external amenities.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After 3 years of staying at Dunelow the Front door & back door, especially the front door sticks and is hard to close. I know the turn over week to week is some what difficult for a deep clean, but the rugs & floors do need it. Maybe during the off-season. Glad to see the vegetation on the property grounds getting well needed maintenance. Overall another great stay at Dunelow.

The house is functional and accommodations were great for our two families. The only drawback was no fire pit for nighttime s’mores. The location was close to beach and pool and the screened in upper and lower porches were a big hit! Would definitely stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely place for a family reunion but there is no concierge like service described on their site-"Extra towels or a fresh propane tank? We can get it to you." Our house sleeps around 15 but only had 2 beach towels. When I asked the office about getting more towels I was told "You should have brought your own beach towels." Fair enough but they are marketing BVR Exclusive Concierge Services on their site.Overall we enjoyed this resort and would recommend it. Just be prepared to get most things you need if you aren't a regular guest. Cheers

Family Weekend

The house was a perfect size for our family. We've been coming to Michigan City for a long weekend since our boys were little - now they bring their partners and my grandson. :) It is a great location - .16 miles to the beach and the community pool and cafe is across the street. The only thing I would add is a reading lamp next to the bed/futon in the downstairs bedroom/office.

Outside landscaping is in need of maintenance.Front yard gate was broke in half.First floor hardwood floors need a good cleaning.It was nice to have wagons, beachchairs & floats.Screened in porches both 1st & 2nd floors were nice to have.Adequate living room & kitchen space.Bedrooms & bathrooms were also adequate.

Beds were comfortable and we had a great week! Perfect location - we could have done without the golf cart. Couple issues: There were two broken chairs that I reported but they were never repaired - we had to use one of them and just kept hoping it wouldn't collapse! Bathrooms were clean but the floors in the main living space had not been cleaned. I had to clean them when we arrived - I expected more due to the cleaning fee charged.

Reviewer Comments: The place was clean but furniture and decorations were very dated. Slip covers on furniture? Plastice table cloth on dining table? Kitchen had lots of supplies, but very disorganized and some of the the things need to be thrown away. Liked the screen in porch, but plastic furniture was stained and old and sandbox toys were good but some were broken A little bit of landscaping would help the place tremendously. Weeds need to be pulled, and porches need to be painted. Just the whole outside needs to be spruced up. Sandbox needs to be cleaned out. Wicker furniture in the upstairs porch was old. Pool area was nice. And the Beachwalk's playground area definately need some attention--old but kids still had fun on it.
