Non perdere l'opportunità di essere uno dei primi a noleggiare la nostra bellissima casa sulla spiaggia! Evita il rumore e la confusione di altre proprietà sulla spiaggia e scegli questo splendido rifugio. Situato facilmente (piatto!) A 10 minuti a piedi dal lago Michigan, questa casa offre 4 camere da letto e 3 bagni completi e 10 posti letto in letti, facilmente ospitare due famiglie.

La casa è di nuova costruzione nel 2019 e sarà pronta per la settimana del 4 luglio. Caricato con servizi moderni, tra cui:
      - Cucina moderna completamente attrezzata, con nuovi elettrodomestici
     - Grande patio con grill, pozzo del fuoco e molti posti a sedere
     - Soggiorno, sala da pranzo e sala giochi con molto spazio per rilassarsi insieme
     - Camera per tutte le stagioni fuori dal patio posteriore per evitare gli insetti o il maltempo
     - Asciugamani da spiaggia, giocattoli, sedie e carro per ogni trasporto sono inclusi
      - Parcheggio (3 auto e più su richiesta)
      - Lavasciuga
      - Aria condizionata centralizzata
      - Serrature elettroniche: facile accesso e nessuna chiave smarrita
    
Combina tutto questo con un arredamento moderno e sereno, e hai un luogo di vacanza ideale per trascorrere del tempo con amici e familiari.

Tre camere da letto e due bagni, incluso il maestro, si trovano al piano principale rendendolo ideale per coloro che vogliono evitare le scale.

La proprietà è gestita localmente, quindi siamo lì se si verificano problemi (e vi forniremo molti consigli locali).

Great house!

Stayed for two nights for a wedding in town. Living area was perfect, and bedrooms were good. Walkable to beach and perfect for our needs!

Michigan City Beach Trip

Our stay at Mandy’s home was overall pleasant. The location was excellent—quiet, walkable, and close to the beach, park, and zoo. The home matched the listing, was spacious, and had useful amenities like a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. The firewood delivery was a nice touch.That said, we did experience a few issues. The refrigerator wasn’t cooling, and the door sensor beeped continuously despite the doors being closed. We contacted the host immediately. Since they are not local, a property manager was sent over. While she arrived promptly, she was confrontational from the start, escalating the situation unnecessarily. She later returned with a cooler and her husband, who was even more aggressive—belittling us and giving an unhelpful lecture on how refrigerators work.A repair technician came the next day and resolved the cooling issue, though the beeping persisted. We also found several nails in the driveway—dangerous for our child and vehicles. This was reported but never addressed.The home itself could use a deep cleaning and some minor repairs. Future guests should be aware of the property’s current condition and the property manager’s unprofessional behavior. We hope this feedback leads to improvements, as the home has great potential.

Nice stay

The house is lovely and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay. Nice neighborhood. The host is accommodating and communication is excellent. The only negative is that the beds upstairs are not comfortable for adults. They would be good for young children . The downstairs beds are very comfortable. Many thoughtful touches such as beach towels and chairs, games etc..highly recommend.

Beautiful home / Great stay

This house was the perfect size for our large family. In fact, due to illness, we had more than enough room for our family.The house was clean and provided enough bedrooms and beds for all.It might have been good to add a TV(s) to bedrooms.

Wonderful beach house for a group of family or friends

We stayed at Mandy's beach house in Sheridan Beach for a family wedding. We all grew up in the area but now live in California. Modern, clean, well organized house with plenty of space and amenities. We had a hiccough and Mandy and her mom Sue got it taken care of right away. We all decided we would stay here for the next visit home.

Girls weekend

The property was so nice. Very clean. Rented for a girls weekend and it was perfect. We all had our own bed. 3 bathrooms was great for 6 girls. Walked to the beach. Shopped at the outlet mall. Many restaurant choices. The owner was so great. Highly recommend!

Loved this place except for the mattresses - most of which were in dire need of replacement. Most everything looked clean but floors were dirty when we wiped a spot up which a rag so could tell they hadn't been really cleaned well in a while. Cleaning service should be monitored. Host had toys, beach bags in each room to use, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and some basic kitchen items. Bring your own shampoo and body wash or bars of soap.

Lake vacation

Large house great for 5 adults and 2 kids. We go to the beach on hot days and 1 day to pick blueberry at state line blueberry. Back room great to store all our beach stuff.

A great week

This place is way more than a 4 but maybe not quite a 5 (4.8?). We had a couple small issues but very happy with the home. The best part is the layout. Easy for many adults to be cooking, eating, talking at the same time. Second best thing is the upstairs. Perfect for teens and tweens. I know they stayed up a lot later than us but we never heard them. Nice outdoor table and firepit. Comfy quiet beds. I'd say the walk to the beach would be easy for anyone 8 and up. The provided beach wagon was super useful and the beach is lovely and never very crowded.

Family Beach Vacation

Short walk to the beach. Kids had a seoerate area the could hang out in. Had a campfire. Kitchen had most everything we needed to get us started for the week.

Great Visit to Lake Michigan

We had a great stay at the house! It was very clean, spacious and cute decor. It is walkable to the beach, which was very enjoyable. We also used this location as a place to spend some time in Chicago as well (about an hour drive). The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and the grill outside was handy. We even spotted some deer while out back. The host is very responsive - the air was not working very well and the upstairs room was quite warm. I let her know and she sent fans via Instacart that night. My kids greatly appreciated those! We had a great visit. Thank you.
