“I was surprised how clean it was! Breakfast seemed clean and decent options as well. The only complaint is you can hear everything through the walls and the hallway!”

“We got there late had just got off work and they charged us an extra 30 dollars for deposit and said we left a trashed room which we would never do”

“Clean, spacious, and very accommodating. The staff was friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. We arrived late at night and left early, but they were still very welcoming and even allowed us to keep our baggage in the room a little past checkout so we could come back for it later, which we really appreciated. It’s not overly modern, so just be aware you’ll need standard wall plugs for chargers, but everything was comfortable and worked well for our stay.”

“Clean room and comfortable stay. The shampoo and body wash dispensers were empty though. Quick simple breakfast options and yummy. Front staff were friendly but didn’t interact with much. I was surprised by a $50 deposit I was charged and was told it would be refunded in 3-5 days. There wasn’t any advertisements/notifications about that. ”

“Staff was very rude. They had a school competition that filled the hotel the day before and were super snarky when we asked if it was possible to get checked in an hour early. The front desk staff said, “ Did you see all the buses earlier, what do you think”? When we came back two hours later they made us wait another half hour and checked in several guests while we sat waiting in the lobby.”

“The facilities were clean and spacious and pretty new! (I think every hotel in this area is way too old and heavily utilized because of the base) This was my first time staying in a hotel like this one, and I was pleasantly surprised. I was traveling solo this trip and I felt pretty safe in the area. The stayAPTsuites were secure, so I was comfortable. I like the full kitchen aspect . I was able to reheat food in an oven, which for me, expanded my options for dinner. The staff was friendly...

“Area is terrible as we drove up people were trying to approach the car on the main road. Front desk clerk was super friendly. Beds were nice but pillows were hard. 3 small hard pillows to each bed. Beds were clean but white was stained yellow. Tub was high and hard for me to get into and slippery. Tub was coming apart. Ceiling in bathroom was coming down. Blackout curtains were half hanging on. Fridge and microwave provided. We had to get an emergency hotel and this was within budget. ...

“Staff made the whole experience the best. Thanks to wonderful staff to adjust our 2 rooms to non smoking since our reserved previous hotel we had to cancel since pool was closed for our kids and came from 4 hours away out of town to visit family”

“I stayed there for two days. The only issue I had was the control didn’t work for the TV which I told the front office and they gone on it right away. Will definitely come back very clean. also in a great area.”
