“The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, especially the man at the front desk. Breakfast was delicious with sausages, eggs, potatoes, and omelettes besides cereal and coffee which was probably the best coffee I’ve ever had at any hotel by far! The only thing I didn’t like, which was really not the hotel’s fault per se, was that I could hear the cars going by on the highway (I was on the second floor). “Our room had a sticky film over the entire floor. Tile, carpet, it all felt sticky. The room also had a pine-sol masking wet dog smell that was hard to get used to. It was strong. The lights outside all around the property were so bright it felt like it was daylight at 10pm. I'm sure it's for security purposes but man, it was blindingly bright. Felt like overkill. “Terrible Breakfast, worse coffee. Can you believe they would reuse the keycard holder, it looked liked it passed through 100 hands. To make matters grosser, It looked as though they were refilling the little Shampoo bottles. The Bed was big and so was the TV. When my coworker checked into his room the bed was not made.”

“It was helpful to have the FDIC Shuttle schedule on display, however there was no a indication as to where the shuttle was picking up. The Bartender service in the main bar was frankly inadequate, multiple times I waited more than ten minutes standing at the bar for a drink and did not receive any service, at one point the bar tender left the bar for a least 15-20 minutes leaving the bar unattended.”

“We were supposed to be given a room with two queen size beds. The two beds were double beds not queen so they were small. We only had one chair in our room. My daughter had two. The towel hook on the back of the bathroom door was missing. My daughter said her sheets had stains on them. We both had a towel with a hole in it. We brought swimsuits so the kids could go swimming. The pool was closed! They were sad.”

“We had to swap rooms. No elevator as this is a 2 story property. We found numerous problems. The pool is closed. There was an arcing cord to a lamp ton the TV credenza. No one had access to a working lamp, so I left it in the hall for safety reasons. It was never replaced, but no biggie. Tried to plug in a laptop near the dining table, but it wouldn't accept the plug into the outlet. Closer examination found a broken 120 "hot" side of a plug had broken inside the outlet. “The hotel was very quiet. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was standard, nothing special. I’d easily stay there again, overall a comfortable and relaxing stay.”
