“Tiffany the GM was the most unplesant. I had a group of 10 people with a total of 5 rooms. She was rude and disrespectful to us all. We were put in "non-smoking" rooms and that was not the case. None of us could stay there or tolerate the smoke and the only solution was to spray aerosols..... I book hotels for work and stay in them all across the country and have never experienced anything like the checkin that we had. “Terrible Breakfast, worse coffee. Can you believe they would reuse the keycard holder, it looked liked it passed through 100 hands. To make matters grosser, It looked as though they were refilling the little Shampoo bottles. The Bed was big and so was the TV. When my coworker checked into his room the bed was not made.”

“Nicely renovated rooms. I really liked having a counter and bar stool seating. Had a nice sofa for seating also. Staff was friendly & the free breakfast was actually really good. We enjoyed our stay would stay again if we are ever in the area again. ”

“We were supposed to be given a room with two queen size beds. The two beds were double beds not queen so they were small. We only had one chair in our room. My daughter had two. The towel hook on the back of the bathroom door was missing. My daughter said her sheets had stains on them. We both had a towel with a hole in it. We brought swimsuits so the kids could go swimming. The pool was closed! They were sad.”

“Parking was easy, but lots of potholes. Room was clean but outdated”

“This is a motel, not a hotel. There are several abandoned buildings next door and the area is not great. As a woman travelling solo, I was not comfortable with the area and the lack of security that motels have, so I chose not to stay. The motel refused to refund me. I cannot speak to whether or not it is as clean as the pictures show, as I did not stay.”

“they gave me a room that was not ready. I changed 2 other rooms before to have one that was cleaned. I finally installed after 1hour waiting and it was already midnight.”

“The air conditioner sounded like it's ready to retake off. It was loud and running continuously even when set at 70. Room has any funny smell. Smells like spices. Bathtub is a trip hazard/slippery waiting for accident to happen. Could use a hook hanger to hang towels. The place is kinda scary with some long-term resident hanging out in the main lobby. The bathroom sliding door broke. Takes 2 people to slide it open.”

“We booked two nights, and didnt stay. There were bugs and what looked like pubic hair on the pillow cases. Then when we asked for a refund and the staff was very rude. Didnt get a full refund and was very unhappy with the whole process to say the least. ”

“This motel doesn't have a pool rooms are clean”

“We had to swap rooms. No elevator as this is a 2 story property. We found numerous problems. The pool is closed. There was an arcing cord to a lamp ton the TV credenza. No one had access to a working lamp, so I left it in the hall for safety reasons. It was never replaced, but no biggie. Tried to plug in a laptop near the dining table, but it wouldn't accept the plug into the outlet. Closer examination found a broken 120 "hot" side of a plug had broken inside the outlet.
