“All was excellent except that the exercise room was warm. The rest of the hotel was excessively air conditioned.”

“Terrible Breakfast, worse coffee. Can you believe they would reuse the keycard holder, it looked liked it passed through 100 hands. To make matters grosser, It looked as though they were refilling the little Shampoo bottles. The Bed was big and so was the TV. When my coworker checked into his room the bed was not made.”

“My child took his shower first in the morning and he didn't have hot water. I went to take my shower and the water stopped completely. I had to rinse my hair out in the sink. The elevator was not working either, we were on the 4th floor. I've stayed at this property several times and would normally recommend it to anyone. This stay was definitely sub par.”

“Room was clean and also smelled clean. Hotel and room very dated. Curtains missing hooks and just hanging. One the the bed mattresses was absolutely terrible, like is was deflated or damaged in the middle.”

“I had a confirmed reservation with a confirmation number and email, but was initially told I didn’t have one. After being assigned multiple rooms, including one that was already occupied, I finally received a room that worked. The staff was friendly, but communication seemed lacking. The room was okay, but the bathroom could have been cleaner, and there were spider webs and cracks on the ceiling. Overall, a frustrating experience despite the nice staff.”

“The internet was down and something was not working properly with the TV.”

“This place is an absolute dump. I don’t know that the room was cleaned at all before we checked in. There was peanut butter smeared on the phone cord on the bed side table. The shower was filthy. The bathroom is so small the sink is outside of it and you can’t close and open the bathroom door while sitting on the toilet. Free breakfast said it was offered but when I went to the desk to ask where breakfast was served he pointed to a small table next to a coffee maker and looked at me like I had 3...

“Book suite with in room jetted tub and didn’t get to use it cause the roof started leaking and we got moved to another room that was normal refused to refund the difference”
