“Terrible Breakfast, worse coffee. Can you believe they would reuse the keycard holder, it looked liked it passed through 100 hands. To make matters grosser, It looked as though they were refilling the little Shampoo bottles. The Bed was big and so was the TV. When my coworker checked into his room the bed was not made.”

“It was helpful to have the FDIC Shuttle schedule on display, however there was no a indication as to where the shuttle was picking up. The Bartender service in the main bar was frankly inadequate, multiple times I waited more than ten minutes standing at the bar for a drink and did not receive any service, at one point the bar tender left the bar for a least 15-20 minutes leaving the bar unattended.”

“Tiffany the GM was the most unplesant. I had a group of 10 people with a total of 5 rooms. She was rude and disrespectful to us all. We were put in "non-smoking" rooms and that was not the case. None of us could stay there or tolerate the smoke and the only solution was to spray aerosols..... I book hotels for work and stay in them all across the country and have never experienced anything like the checkin that we had. “Nicely renovated rooms. I really liked having a counter and bar stool seating. Had a nice sofa for seating also. Staff was friendly & the free breakfast was actually really good. We enjoyed our stay would stay again if we are ever in the area again. ”

“We were supposed to be given a room with two queen size beds. The two beds were double beds not queen so they were small. We only had one chair in our room. My daughter had two. The towel hook on the back of the bathroom door was missing. My daughter said her sheets had stains on them. We both had a towel with a hole in it. We brought swimsuits so the kids could go swimming. The pool was closed! They were sad.”

“Parking was easy, but lots of potholes. Room was clean but outdated”

“The air conditioner sounded like it's ready to retake off. It was loud and running continuously even when set at 70. Room has any funny smell. Smells like spices. Bathtub is a trip hazard/slippery waiting for accident to happen. Could use a hook hanger to hang towels. The place is kinda scary with some long-term resident hanging out in the main lobby. The bathroom sliding door broke. Takes 2 people to slide it open.”

“Great Amana wall unit AC. Extremely comfortable new mattresses with bedding.Appears to have been remodeled recently. Had an issue with TV dish reception and the desk staff came to room to reboot and with new remote. ”

“A little noisy if on an end room. It is an older building, creeks when moving around. But clean, and advertised as is. Felt secure and safe as well.”
