I will admit it could have been hard to see, but it was there. Also, and I know this is something most people wouldn’t even consider, but the flags are hung incorrectly. “We always stay at the crown plaza when we fly out of Cleveland. This time there was no soaps or blow dryer. Room was bare of anything that we would normally use. This place does need upgrades. ”
