“I had one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever encountered at Quality Inn. The first room I was assigned had a strong, unpleasant odor, the pillows were torn and visibly unclean, and the door lock was broken, creating both hygiene and safety concerns. When I reported these issues, the staff offered me a different room. Unfortunately, the second room was not much better. It had a strong chlorine-like smell and showed similar cleanliness problems.
