“There was NO airport shuttle until mid afternoon! We reserved here because it was stated that there was an airport shuttle. Also no one serviced the room until the second day. Again, for the high price we paid, not acceptable. There were times no one was at the front desk. Anybody can walk in - no security. Terribly disappointed in Marriott!!!.”

“Since i paid for the room thru Expedia and there was an issue with not only my check in but there was no working hot water, i would expect Expedia to reimburse me for my one night stay ($79) instead of offering me $20 OneKey cash points. Red Roof has offered me their own points (over 6K) for the inconvenience. I don't travel much at all as I can't afford it. I would expect better. ”

“Rooms weren’t very clean.
Staff was helpful with bringing extra towels and blankets up to our room.
Shuttle was very nice and friendly driver. You have to pay a daily rate to leave your car parked during your trip which I think should have been advertised. I thought it was free parking. Breakfast was good. ”
