“Great location to the train station”

“False advertisement the pictures of the rooms are not the same as pictures in Expedia and it's a bunch of homeless people staying there and outside all day and night with junk everywhere so it's not the safest and the rooms are beyond disgusting they do the bare minimum of cleaning.Doors don't close all the way and there's broken cabinets and blinds so people can see of ur room.Not worth spending money on a stay here.”

“Like lipstick on a pig. Cheap updates made to an already outdated property. Paper thin towels and sheets. The 2nd floor was under construction. Had to move from a room on that floor. The room smelled damp and musty, like air hadn’t circulated in it for over a year. The front desk staff was friendly and tried to be accommodating.”

“This is not a family friendly hotel. It more like a daily renters property. The guy was very nice and let us cancel our reservation no charge but fyi to families its not a place to stay.”

“Overall this Motel (not Hotel) is Dated & Dingy. Interesting that this is a Wyndham brand, not at the top of their businesses. Air conditioning unit was loud. Sheets/bedding/bath towels were clean. Wallpaper in the room & bathroom was peeling/separating from the wall. Office is not regularly staffed, a phone with instructions is present. Breakfast is barely continental. We did not visit the restaurant downstairs/below main building.”

“This was one of the worst motel stays I’ve ever experienced. The room was absolutely disgusting. There were cigarette burn holes in the bedding, holes in the walls with bugs coming out of them, and hair all over the bathtub and floor, and the refrigerator did not work in the room which was a major inconvenience for a breastfeeding mother. It was very clear the room had not been properly cleaned. The entire building smelled strongly of cigarettes and marijuana, which made it extremely unpleasant....

“The front desk was very kind. We had to change the room because it wasn't cleaned after the last occupant used it! The second room was not so clean anyway. Bad mattresses were old and uncomfortable: please replace them!!! The bathroom vacuum cleaner was so noisy... The swimming pool was clean and it's a plus if you have time and the weather is right.”

“we got what we paid for. the hotel claims to be smoke free but it feels like it had been smoked in for decades before implementing that rule. the carpet had a sticky film that was unpleasant to walk on. the chair, desk, and mirror were all stained. the tv stand was pulled away from the wall when we arrived and i had to move it back myself. the room had a large window into the hallway as if it were on a balcony - but the hallway was entirely indoors. paying extra for parking is pretty tacky, just...

“The pool was not open. Front desk was not friendly when checking in. When we entered the room the mini fridge had leftover food inside, sheets clean and so was the tub/sink/toilet but everything else had layers of dust. Owners don’t seem to take pride in keeping a well maintained property, overflowing outside trash cans, large handprints on room mirror, dressers drawer missing bottom and other had holes in it. Put sign on door for housekeeping and left room for 9 hours to visit park and no one...

“There are stains on the bed cover that look like something was spilled on it. The bed sheet and pillowcases also have yellow stains. In addition, the bed sheet smells like cigarette smoke. I'm not sure if the bedding was changed before I checked in.”

Grazie all’operatore di hotel.com che ha chiamato la receptionist dopo un bel po’ si è affacciata dalla terrazza vestita col pigiama e la vestaglia e ha chiesto se dovevamo fare il check in. “We’ve stayed once before , nothing fancy but was ok for what we needed so we booked agsin , this time room smaller , tv was ripped off wall and on a small table , no dresser fir clothes and room smelled musty , ask if we could have another room and explained why very nicely, was told would be 10 minutes , ok that’s fine , then she got mad and said , I’ll give money back We sat in car looking for somewhere else , pretty much booked up but found a room at Hilton , 1 left ”
