“Arrived at hotel late evening. Check in was fine. Room was clean. Suitable to spend the night. Next morning found the issue when the room had no hot water. Tried calling front desk. No answer. Breakfast was sub par even for a low ”

“The front desk was very kind. We had to change the room because it wasn't cleaned after the last occupant used it! The second room was not so clean anyway. Bad mattresses were old and uncomfortable: please replace them!!! The bathroom vacuum cleaner was so noisy... The swimming pool was clean and it's a plus if you have time and the weather is right.”

“Staff was fine. Inn was extremely run down. No breakfast. Needs remodeling. Not much parking for trailers attached to trucks. Freezer in mini fridge totally frozen with white ice. Not usable. Only a one night stop, would not probably stay again.”

Grazie all’operatore di hotel.com che ha chiamato la receptionist dopo un bel po’ si è affacciata dalla terrazza vestita col pigiama e la vestaglia e ha chiesto se dovevamo fare il check in. È scesa e ci ha dato la chiave. Poi ha chiuso di nuovo l’hotel ed è ritornata in camera. Le porte delle camere danno sull’esterno. La chiave non funzionava. “i get to the hotel and i made sure i reserved a no smoking room and got a room that smelt like it was hotboxed by cigarettes, guy up front wanna charge me 20$ extra on top of the booking to change my room than i go ahead and get another room and they put a charge of 99$ when i didn’t even pay thru them ! ”
