“When we checked in the gentleman helping us was anything but a gentleman. He was rude and not helpful. When we said we didn't understand why if we were Hilton Honors members that we were not granted complimentary breakfast. He rudely informed us that we booked through a third party app and were not entitled to any Hilton Honors amenities. When I said we had been asked for our Hilton Honors number and had gotten communication from Hilton Honors.....he answered the same thing over and over....you...

“The hotel is being renovated and under new management. Equipment and new materials were stacked wherever there was room. The room we stayed in was ok, but clearly was in need of updating. The beds were comfortable and clean. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast was probably the best part. Hot items daily, along with cold offerings. The cost of the room seemed pretty high based on the hotel being under active renovation. Was told I would receive my receipt by email. Still...

“I neat place for the price. A retrofit from an old motor in. Not really much as far as imenities go, but the room was clean. This was our second stay there for sports travel. Close to restaurants and Hershey attractions.”

“The breakfast was okay. Was surprised to just receive a continental breakfast at a Hilton. All the Hiltons we have stayed have offered a full variety hot breakfast items.”

“The hotel was nice, the staff was amazing, but the room did have some spots on the walls that look like something rumbed on them but they look like they could be fixed with paint. Overall it was great.”

“Good location... Rooms are always clean, plenty of towels, mini-fridge, and TV... Hotel Restaurant "Why Not Stop", good food, bar and drinks, it has been very good the times we have stayed, good steak oscar! Disaapointed it is closed Sundays, but plenty of alternative choices. Pantry next door has great breakfasts and beverage choices.”
