“Great staff. The pool and gym are well maintained and a huge plus since the weather ruined our Hersheypark plans. Easy parking, nice amenities, and a great location near downtown with plenty of food and drinks nearby. Great stay overall!”

“Check-in very easy. Room clean with fridge and microwave. Beds very comfortable. Parking convenient and safe. No complaints. Would definitely stay there again.”

“The proximity to everything downtown is really amazing. We came into town for a comedy show and were able to walk to the venue from the hotel. Hotel was ok. Thin walls and most of the doors have open spaces when they are shut so you can hear everyone in the hallway and they can hear you. Rooms were ok and semi-clean, could have been cleaner.”

“Breakfast could be better however that doesn't matter because the staff is always amazing. Staff makes it a deal breaker. This hotel was amazing to me and my family we will continue to stay here. Thank you Holiday Inn Express-Hershey for the hospitality. We love it and for a short drive getaway we will visit any weekend. ”

“The hotel was very well kept. The only issue was that I prepaid for a King Bedroom and when I got there I was given a double bedroom instead without notice and was not given back the difference in price.”

“Was disappointed we stayed 3 days and no one came into our room, we had to ask for towels and washcloths and more coffee pods, , and we told them that I was hearing impaired and needed closed caption on the tv they send a gentleman up (very nice) but he couldn’t get it to work he put in an order to switch TVs, never happened, was disappointed you had to buy breakfast, hallway floor was swept 1 time and was quite littered, pool and hot tub was great, all the folks were very nice. “We had a last‑minute emergency and couldn’t make the trip. I even told the Expedia rep that I had paperwork to prove it, but the hotel still refused to work with me. I wasn’t asking for a refund — just to move the booking to a date in July — and they still went ahead and charged me. Really disappointing experience from both Expedia and Hampton Inn, and honestly, I won’t be staying there again. ”
