Hotel con servizio concierge a Midlands

“We stayed in the basic cabin and it was nice but I think they are overselling the luxury aspect a little especially for the price. If you are going in the colder months the source of heat is a gas fireplace which can be trickly to get the room to the right temperature. Also note there is no WIFI in the cabins, I don't think this is a bad thing as it helps connect you to nature a little more but something to keep in mind. The main hotel building has WIFI that works well if you need it.”

“We didn’t have great time Absolutely terrible customer service and room wasn’t clean and had a weird smell.”

“Excellent accommodation in great location on the Derwent river. ”
