“The front desk clerk was nice and helpful.”

“The room was fine. The carpet could use a good cleaning but it was not that bad. I was overly critical because the dog had accidents several places in the office area where we had to wait to register. I was comfortable in the room, but the complementary breakfast… expired breakfast bars (both of them), hard stale bread for toast, oatmeal packets that I did not touch, and a juice dispenser with no juice. Overall the room was clean and I had no problem staying there, but the rest of the experience...

“There is nothing positive about this place. The room felt damp the entire time we were there, to the point your clothes almost felt wet when you put them on. There was mold in the bathroom on the ceiling and the walls near the ceiling. We were told when we checked in there were no more rooms available, so we knew we couldn’t ask for a new room. “Couple different bugs, people smoking on balcony right in front of door. Stained sheets. Spiderwebs on ceiling. Although questionable conditions, the vehicle was safe throughout the one night which was a relief. Coffee was good. Staff was friendly.”
