“We booked this property because it was advertised as a family-friendly hotel, but our experience was far from it. First, the room maintenance and cleanliness were completely unacceptable. The shower drain in our room was broken, leading to standing water, and the swimming pool was noticeably dirty and not properly maintained. “The room was clean the staff was excellent the breakfast was good we did not get a chance to enjoy the pool.”

“The room was very clean and well organized. The staff was friendly and even texted to check to see how things were going and if I needed anything. Breakfast was good. I liked the buffet best only due to limited food sources I can eat myself. The outdoor pool and hot tub was wonderful. Plenty of seating and always very clean. I would stay again and highly recommend.”
