“Made our reservation on Expedia, when we arrived at the hotel they indicated they had no reservation and had no room for us. Us. So we had to go elsewhere to find a room. Called Expedia to complain and they said a refund would be at the discretion of the motel. They said it would be up to us to work it out with a motel but they would advocate for us.”

“Bad No water Left asap. Asked for a refund but staff stated that I used the room. I did. The problem was after I needed to take a shower. No water. Could not flush or shower.”

“Clean room, convenient for a couple of nights. It includes an electric stove and a fridge, which makes it convenient. There is a laundry service, which is very practical in case you need to do some quick laundry. Some negative aspects were that our microwave oven did not have a glass plate (I don't know if it was intentional), and the room wasn't really that soundproof, so there were moments you could hear people coming in and out of their rooms or the elevator. “We had to switch hotels last minute because our kid wanted to swim and this was the closest one. The pool was nice other than the surrounding areas( landscape) was not taken care of. The room wasn’t the best. We were only given 2 towels for 3 people and when asked for some, they said they didn’t have any. When they knew we had 3 people checking in. We had to use bed sheets to dry ourselves off. One of the blankets had stains on it . The room we were given had a connecting room with a lock...

“Not fresh breakfast and no one was cleaning anything up, asked for new sheets because there was food crumbs when we first got into our room and trash on the floor and was told there aren't any clean sheets available. You would think the next day they'd figure that out and try to fix the issue but no one even checked or came by ”
