“Clean and great staff”

“Our room was on the first floor across from the 24 hour laundry that's loud, with items clunking around in the dryer at all hours. Breakfast starts at 6a, with the waffle maker beeping every few minutes. We could clearly hear guests speaking in the hallway outside our door as clearly as if they were in our room. Not my idea of a good hotel experience, quite the opposite. I booked months in advance, checked in before 5p and was told this is the only available room! I find that hard to believe on...

“Made our reservation on Expedia, when we arrived at the hotel they indicated they had no reservation and had no room for us. Us. So we had to go elsewhere to find a room. Called Expedia to complain and they said a refund would be at the discretion of the motel. They said it would be up to us to work it out with a motel but they would advocate for us.”

“Clean room, convenient for a couple of nights. It includes an electric stove and a fridge, which makes it convenient. There is a laundry service, which is very practical in case you need to do some quick laundry. Some negative aspects were that our microwave oven did not have a glass plate (I don't know if it was intentional), and the room wasn't really that soundproof, so there were moments you could hear people coming in and out of their rooms or the elevator. Broken doors, outdoor sinks and bathtubs, and not a single sign that this was a safe or properly functioning hotel.
