“There’s signs posted all over the desk explaining to dial “0” or ring the bell for assistance. I immediately notice a sign on the counter in bold red letters saying “NO HOUSE KEEPING SERVICE” which should’ve been my immediate red flag. I was in the room for no more than hour before noticing dried up pee stains on the wall, dead bugs, roaches, stains all over the bed sheets, stains all over the towels, and hair literally everywhere. “The front desk person was very friendly and professional. When she gave us a second floor room I asked if there was an elevator. When she said no she offered to move us to a first floor room instead and changed our room. Very helpful for older people with bad knees!”

“Our overall stay was not very great. First off the refrigerator made a very loud noise, making it difficult to sleep. Additionally, the heater was also extremely loud and would turn on and off throughout the night which woke us up 6-7 times. The floors were quite dirty with crumbs and other dirt on the floor.
