“Room temperature was poor”

“There’s signs posted all over the desk explaining to dial “0” or ring the bell for assistance. I immediately notice a sign on the counter in bold red letters saying “NO HOUSE KEEPING SERVICE” which should’ve been my immediate red flag. I was in the room for no more than hour before noticing dried up pee stains on the wall, dead bugs, roaches, stains all over the bed sheets, stains all over the towels, and hair literally everywhere. “It was good, the best part was the staff. Rooms were clean, but I will say the next morning there was a swarm of ants, that found my daughters french fry. It was odd, especially being on the second floor. Bed was comfy. Definitely recommend for the price. ”
