Cozy Deco' Apartment - Milano Cadorna

Enjoy Milan in a beautiful Deco apartment located in an elegant building in the heart of the city. You will benefit from all the essentials you can find in a starred hotel and from the nice atmosphere of deco' furnitures and design pieces.

This apartment is amazingly decorated and located at the fifth floor (with lift) of a prestigious portered building. The 125 square meters flat is bright, comfortable, quiet and with viewings of nice surrounding buildings. It's arranged with a large living room and open plan kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with shower and anotherone with idromassage bathtub) and can accomodate up to two couples. You will be provided with everything you need for a short or longer stay: WiFi access, bed linings, towels, slippers bathrobes, drinks, Nespresso capsules and all the essentials. You can also connect your audio player or phone to an high end audio system and enjoy your preferred music. Are we missing something? The flat is ideally located for business travellers or just to enjoy the many attractions of Milan, most of which are at a walking distance. The Malpensa express fast train will take you to the Malpensa airport in about 35 minutes and the station is just next to the building as the subway station with two lines. The Cenacolo Vinciano and Santa Maria delle Grazie are at a 300 mt walk, the Castello Sforzesco with its beautiful gardens 400 mt, the Duomo 1500 mt. The area is one of the most prestigious residential areas and you can walk through the best buildings of the city but it's not short of nice restaurants and bars with the Brera district and the fashion district also at a walking distance.

So many amenities are at a close reach that walking with a map is always the best option but staying at my place will also offer you the benefit of a close access to the tube, to many tram and bus routes and to railways. Cadorna station is ideal to take regional trains (Ferrovie Nord) that will take you to the Como lake or the fast train that will take you to both terminals of the Malpensa airport. Cadorna is also a tube station with 2 lines the red and the green ones. The main railway station (Stazione Centrale) is just a 7-8 minutes' journey with the green tube line. You'll also have close access to a bike sharing spot. Linate airport is located 20-25 minutes by car. You can also get there by tube+bus (red line to Duomo + bus #73); 40-45 minutes journey. If you plan to get around by car please get in touch as you will need a few tips.

Taking care of your safety and having high hygiene standards is a key priority during these days. We will comply with all current and futures rules that will be put in place by the local and the central Governments and we would like to inform you that the apartment has an independent access through short stairs. In order to guarantee you a thorough sanification of the premises the clenaning process might take longer than usual hence we might need to extend the time gap between check outs and check ins but this is only done in the interest of our guests. Having said this we will do our best in order to make the house available for you stay as soon as possible.
