I had problems with water that was lukewarm at best: I asked to check and at my return (4h later) I still did not have hot water. Since it was already late, I gave up.
Also, I checked in advance at what time the breakfast was served and they told me 7 o'clock, only to find out later that on weekends it starts at 7:30.
Since my train was departing earlier than expected, I asked to check whether I could cancel the breakfast. After some consideration, I was confirmed I could have it canceled at no cost.
The following (early) morning, when I checked out, the cost was the original one (with the breakfast included): I was running late so I did not have the time to ask again for the refund.
For the hot water I was just told they were "sorry" and not even a discount.
For this amount of money, it is definitely not worth.
