alloggio rilassato e accogliente
Ottimo appartamento, posizione molto tranquilla e ottimi collegamenti conntreno, tram, autobus, metro. molto comodo, ben attrezzato e pulito. il check-in e il check-out flessibile sono stati fantastici. solo il balcone è molto piccolo e non è veramente utilizzabile. ma il luminoso soggiorno con grande finestra compensa questo. ci piace venire di nuovo

fantastic location. 10 mins walking from Milan Cetral station. neat and clean property.
Nice view from balcony. Very good location if you want to make train journeys in and out of Milan to various places like Venice/Florence. If you want to stay for 2 weeks, it is a treat. Very good restaurants and grocery shops nearby.

Appartamento comodo ben arredato e SOPRATUTTO pulito !!! Situato vicinissimo alla stazione centrale ( cinque minuti a piedi ) offre tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno per un soggiorno piacevole ! Il signor Tommaso gentilissimo e disponibile ! Veniamo spesso a Milano per lavoro e tra tutti gli appartamenti in cui siamo stati , questo si è dimostrato il migliore ! Ci torneremo sicuramente ! È l'ideale per due persone che necessitano di spostarsi in varie zone della città perché è in una zona servitissima: in poche centinaia di metri si dispone di metro, bus, treni; ci sono due market a 100 m, il Conad a 850, pizzerie e ristoranti sempre in zona. Al settimo piano i rumori della città sono notevolmente attenuati per cui l'appartamento è tranquillissimo. Il locale è pulito, il letto comodissimo con cuscini morbidi e lenzuola fresche! E poi Tomaso è di un'onestà, gentilezza e disponibilità uniche! All'occorrenza, ci tornerei davvero volentieri!

Ottima posizione e ottima pulizia
Ottima posizione specialmente per chi arriva in treno, vicinissimo alla stazione e a tutti i mezzi pubblici. Se vi piace camminare, il centro si raggiunge tranquillamente a piedi. Appartamento pulito e confortevole con tutto quello che serve per cucinare. In tre persone il divano letto aperto occupa un po' di spazio, ma senza problemi. Doccia grande e ben funzionante!! Proprietario e personale veramente gentili e disponibili.

Comfortable and Convenient
This apartment was very well appointed and comfortable. Make sure you understand the multiple keys for entry. We did experience difficulties with getting in in and out of the apartment.

Convenient stay from Milano Centrale!
We loved this location for its convenience to Milano Centrale and its overall walkability within Milan. Check-in was very convenient, and allowed us to drop our bags off a little earlier than we originally scheduled. Apartment has a washer, as well as a full kitchen which were both very nice to have. The multi-lock situation can be a little tricky at first to match the correct keys, but hardly a bother. Elevator is also compact, but was fine for two individuals plus 1 piece of luggage each and backpacks.

Die Lage ist super.Der Check in hat super funktioniert,die Kommunikation war auch sehr gut.Der Fahrstuhl war etwas laut,aber man gewöhnt sich dran,es war ein Geschirrspüler vorhanden,aber leider so wenig Geschirr, das es sich nicht lohnt ihn anzustellen.Mailand ist eine sehr sehenswerte Stadt.

The location is good and price is reasonable, but it is not hotel you need to bring some stuff for yourself. The hot water supply is not stable and shower was terrible experience. In & out of the property was crazy because it required you to use 6 keys to lock/open 4 doors.

Wonderful space and great location
We were in Milan for 4 days and the apartment was perfectly located for access to Milano Centrale and the airport bus pick-up location. Tomaso was quick in responding to our questions. The apartment was spacious. The washing machine was great to use, and he provided a drying rack. The one small issue is the shower. The pressure was typical of what we found in other European accommodations, however, the temperature kept fluctuating. The shower would go from hot to cold and back to hot. Luckily it was hot in Milan during the time of our stay so the cold wasn't a major issue, but something to keep in mind.

The fluctuating temperature was caused by a faulty thermostatic tap, that has been promptly replaced.

Easy access to Milano Centrale
We enjoyed our short visit to Milan, and this apartment was part of the reason. It is a short walk from the train (Centrale) so easy access to plenty of Milan sights. The elevator makes luggage handling easier as well. Hand off if keys went without a hitch. Thank you!

Nice place needs love
This property is nice.It is very convenient to the train station but the neighborhood is just a little sketchy. You are issued a set of 5 keys to get into the apartment and if you are not careful about shutting the elevator door it gets stuck. Our biggest discomfort was the consistent lack of warm water for taking a shower. The water heater is not apparent and the water was occasionally warm for seconds at a time. The bedside lamps were unusable possibly due to needing different bulbs.

Great place
Spent a week enjoying Milan. Great apartment in a good location, a few minutes away from the main station. Just as it was described. Very easy check in process, secure and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Comfy apt with minor quirks
Spotless apartment with great natural light. Comfy bed, linens, and towels. Short walk to many public transit options. Manager was very responsive and helpful. No traffic noise, but the drone from the building’s elevator is really noticeable and woke me up throughout the night (my husband generally slept through it). Water temperature vacillated widely during every shower, even if no changes were made to the shower settings. Washing machine and dishwasher were very useful. Kitchen tiny, but functional.

Great Location
If you are planning on touring Northern Italy, this is a great location with a short walk to Milan Central train station. It was easy to get around Milan via the Metro or to take day trips to Lake Como, The Alps, Venice, and Varese. The Tour groups meet at hotel next to Central Station or you can take train and go explore on your own. The unit is somewhat small but it worked out perfect if you are on a budget and just need a place to sleep and shower. Tomaso is very responsive and provided some basic necessities for your stay. This is a large city and has the expected large city issues especially around a train station with many people coming and going. But the overall location made up for it.

Milano Centrale
The apartment was pretty much as described. I had a few minor issues, but I just resolved them on my own. I really spent the bare minimum in the apartment, but I had to clean a bit before being able to be really comfortable in the space. Apartment is very close to the Centrale station and made it very easy to do my day trips. Tomaso was very pleasant when he met me for my keys and apartment instructions. He was also kind enough to arrange my early morning taxi to Linate airport.

Don’t hesitate to book!
This unit was fantastic for my mom and I. The unit was spacious for the 2 of us and had all the amenities we needed. Felt like home away from home! The host, Tomaso was very friendly and helpful!!!!! It’s close to the train station so it certainly makes it easy to get around Milan. Or if you don’t mind walking you can get to most of the attractions within 30-60minutes from the apartment.

Great location, super host!
Exactly as advertised. The bed is fantastic, made for a great nights sleep! We loved the soft white towels. About 400 steps to Milano Centrale train station, metro terminal and the bus station. We did day trips on the excellent ( and easy to figure out) Italian trains to Lake Como and Bergamo. Tomaso is an excellent host, very responsive and had good suggestions about things to do in Milan. The apartment is super secure and has good shopping and excellent restaurants just blocks away. We ate at Rossi Matone which is in the block behind the apartment. Great meal, great service and super value….the complimentary limoncello after the meal was a nice touch!

Lovely time at the apartment.
We came over for a few nights away and this apartment was excellent. Tomaso was superb, very accommodating with our request for the early check in/luggage drop. The apartment was very nice and had everything that we needed. It is also very conveniently located, being close to the central station (but there isn't any train noise). We'd love to come back at some point

Easy and Fucntional
The apartment definitely is a barebones flat, however it is comfortable, easy to get to, safe, and quiet. We had one issue getting into our apartment at one point because the locks had not changed to fit our new key, however our host was able to get us in and the situation was amended the very next day. I would say for a short stay and you want to be far away from the busy center and/or close to the central train station, this is great.

En términos generales el apartamento está muy bien. Es pequeño, acogedor y con una situación estupenda. Eso sí, le pondría algunos peros. Para mi le falta un microondas y una cafetera de cápsulas. Otro detalle que no me gustó fue que no tenía ni un sobre de gel. Llegamos a las 21 de la noche con todo cerrado y sin poder lavarnos ni las manos. Por lo demás muy bien. Tomaso muy atento. Se fundió una bombilla y vino enseguida a cambiarla.

Thank you for your review and suggestions Miquel. We always provide soap in the dispenser in the bathroom and a sanitizing gel at the entrance , I apologise if this time we have forgotten. Will make sure it won't happen again. We actually decided not to have coffe machine in capsules because of the excess in non recyclable waste that it would produce and we encourage guests to use the moka coffee machine which is also much more local.
