Bellissima Bayfront Home sulla Primehook Beach!

Attraversa il rifugio della fauna selvatica di Primehook Beach, un paradiso per gli amanti della natura sulla strada per la splendida baia di Primehook Beach. Questa casa dal design magnifico consente di godere della vista sulla baia da tre livelli di ponte separati e proiettati sotto il portico. Il ponte superiore è il più alto della Primehook Beach e un paradiso privato per i bagnanti. Passeggia lungo la spiaggia privata dove l'acqua è calma e abbastanza calda da permettere ai giovani nuotatori di divertirsi.
Questo open space dal design accattivante con soffitti di 9 piedi ti consente di tenere le famiglie unite mentre cucini e diverti. Tutte le spaziose camere da letto sono distanti l'una dall'altra, pur consentendo molta luce naturale. Sfida i bambini a una partita di ping-pong, shuffle board, air hockey o biliardo nella sala giochi. Inizia o termina la giornata in una rilassante doccia esterna chiusa. A pochi minuti da parchi acquatici, go cart, minigolf, outlet, ristoranti, lungomare di Rehoboth Beach e Cape May Lewes Ferry.

Family Fun!

Eleven of us—9 adults and two kids—had a wonderful time together at this beautiful house on the beach. We loved the location and the layout of the home. It was very easy to find and even though the weather wasn't the best, there was plenty to do indoors—including four 1000 piece puzzles in one week! We highly recommend it for any group who wants to make the most of their time together.

Gorgeous beach getaway

Even better than the description! Well stocked kitchen (crockpot, blender, air fryer), lots of kid-friendly dishes. The common space was larger than the pictures make it look, and the upstairs had tons of room for all the kids to bunk together. The property also has a lot of kids beach toys, boogie boards, etc. Helpful owner hints and labels around the house. We had a blast and will definitely be back!

Great Property!!

We had the best time in this home with a great layout for many guests. Its location is perfect in our opinion, just steps to the beach with beautiful views from the front windows/door overlooking the bay & gorgeous views out the back windows of the home overlooking the ocean. Spectacular!! It will be hard to beat.

The perfect spot

The location and views were amazing. Could not get any better. The game room downstairs was all our kids could ever want, adults too. House was spacious, clean, and stocked. We hope to return soon!

House has everything for a family

House was well decorated and offered everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The game room was amazing! We really enjoyed the shuffleboard court, skeeball, ping pong, pool table, basketball and air hockey. Incredible there was so much to do in one house! There were so many beds, everyone could spread out. The views were gorgeous! Very private and wonderful access to the beach. It is very apparent the owner wants their guests to enjoy themselves and takes great pride in their home. We appreciated all they had to offer and would love to return!

AMAZING!!

This home was so amazing. We had the best time. The grandkids loved the beach, and the short walk to get to it. We really enjoyed the screened in back porch. The back was amazing also. The views were something else. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home!!

Great House At A Unique Beachfront Site

This is a beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained house right on the beach. It has a lot of really nice features: a huge screen porch facing the ocean with multiple lounge chairs and dining table; an enclosed widows walk that remained cool even on hot days; an enclosed ground floor full of entertainment (ping pong, shuffleboard, air hockey, mini basketball, pool table, even a currently-broken skeeball machine). Two of the king rooms have an ocean view. The third king room and the bunk room has mostly a view of the scrubby back part of the barrier island fronting the National Wildlife Refuge. The kitchen was well-appointed -- there's an extra fridge in the enclosed ground floor -- and the living room and dining room were nice and well designed. The one odd part of the house was the single large upstairs room (plus full bath). Two queen beds sit at the corners of this room with beachfront views; because we were there with two couples, my wife and I took one of these beds strictly for the view. The rest of this room is dominated by a huge sectional sofa that seems like it might be intended for kids watching videos, but with a large group this might be challenging given the lack of privacy for the adjoining queen beds. Strangely, this large room had zero chairs or tables, which I think would make it hard to spread a large group out into the upstairs area, except for kids watching TV. The beach is probably nicer at other times of the year; in our case, in mid-May, thousands of horseshoe crabs came up on Prime Hook Beach to mate the night we arrived and their dead and dying carcasses were everywhere — sometimes in piles — and that in turn meant there were a lot of flies. Perhaps because Prime Hook Beach fronts Delaware Bay instead of the ocean per se, or because it appears quite shallow pretty far out, there is basically no surf; the "breakers" were typically about three inches high, growing to about a foot on a day when we had high wind from the East. However, one of the highlights of the area is wildlife. We had a fox come around everyday around sunset, looking for rabbits or heading to the beach for a horseshoe crab dinner. We saw bald eagles flying up the beach one day, and we always spotted some -- along with osprey -- on the drive in through the NWR. If you come for paddling, as we did, the paddle upstream from Foord's Landing in the NWR is worth it, as is the Murderkill upstream from Coursey Pond near Milford.

Great Rental

Clean, well appointed house with tons to do! The game room itself is worth the rent. Listing does not do it justice and also under sells how many people the house can hold. Will 100% be back in the future.

Delaware Christmas Beach House

We had a wonderful time at this property. There was actually more space than we anticipated. Our family included 2 children under 2 years old, a couple of teenagers, and 5 adults -- everyone had plenty of space, plenty to do, and thoroughly enjoyed the week. We were prepared to be a bit isolated for the week but found that the Milford grocery store(s) - [Food Lion] - was only 18 minutes away. The fully stocked kitchen and the recreational items in the basement are definitely a bonus. We ordered a linen package and could have avoided some cost had we known that there were so many blankets and some kitchen towels available. We would 100% recommend this property to family and friends. It is beautiful inside and out... and the location is perfect. Looking forward to returning in the future.

Wonderful get-away for the family

This is a comfortable and striking house with something for everyone. The perfect spot to take my parents for my mom's birthday and to have fun with my niece. Lots of nooks and levels for quiet escaping, but also wonderful spaces for everyone to be together (room with bunkbeds, game room, huge living room, decks). We loved it in the winter and would love to come back in the summer. Lovely views; peaceful, the works. Great communication with the owner when we had a question.

Perfect Mix (the bay and the refuge)

This location was just what we needed! We felt like we were away from everything and everybody but the house offered all that we needed. The kids loved getting lost in the game space and my husband and I lived in the living room/kitchen space. The weather on a couple of days was warm enough for us to put our feet in the water. This home and space was the backdrop for a wonderful break with my family.

Great getaway -- peaceful, great views, nice walking areas

The house is fantastic. Great views from the front and back of the house. Accommodated adults and teens, with plenty of room to be together but also to do your own thing. The kitchen was well equipped, like you would have at home, and not just junky seconds. The furniture was comfortable, including the beds. The area is quiet and it is about 20-30 minutes to get to a grocery store.. We enjoyed being a little off the beaten path and have time together. We took a lot of long walks on the beach and in the neighborhood nearby. Dogs enjoyed the beach too and can be off-leash. We would return again. We stayed in late February/early March so bugs were not an issue. Everyone also was very friendly in the area.

Beach Front Paradise

If you are looking for quiet...this is your place. If you have a large family...this is your place If you enjoy being together without loud entertainment..this is your place. Relax, read a book or watch the waves on the sceened porch...wonderful! This house has everything you need.

Great for our family

We had 7 adults and 3 children 5 and under. Our family enjoyed the private beach and sand toys. When the waves were calm we took turns kyacking but there were enough waves to make it feel like we were at the beach and the children loved it. The house was exactly as advertised and accomodated our every need.
