  • Attraversa il rifugio della fauna selvatica di Primehook Beach, un paradiso per gli amanti della natura sulla strada per la splendida baia di Primehook Beach. Questa casa dal design magnifico consente di godere della vista sulla baia da tre livelli di ponte separati e proiettati sotto il portico. Il ponte superiore è il più alto della Primehook Beach e un paradiso privato per i bagnanti. Passeggia lungo la spiaggia privata dove l'acqua è calma e abbastanza calda da permettere ai giovani nuotatori di divertirsi.
    Questo open space dal design accattivante con soffitti di 9 piedi ti consente di tenere le famiglie unite mentre cucini e diverti. Tutte le spaziose camere da letto sono distanti l'una dall'altra, pur consentendo molta luce naturale. Sfida i bambini a una partita di ping-pong, shuffle board, air hockey o biliardo nella sala giochi. Inizia o termina la giornata in una rilassante doccia esterna chiusa. A pochi minuti da parchi acquatici, go cart, minigolf, outlet, ristoranti, lungomare di Rehoboth Beach e Cape May Lewes Ferry.

Family Fun!

Eleven of us—9 adults and two kids—had a wonderful time together at this beautiful house on the beach. We loved the location and the layout of the home. It was very easy to find and even though the weather wasn't the best, there was plenty to do indoors—including four 1000 piece puzzles in one week! We highly recommend it for any group who wants to make the most of their time together.

Great vacation home for families

The house was roomy and comfortable for our family of 14. The play room in the basement kept our grandkids happy. Great place to pull our family together from 3 different states. Many great memories 😊

The perfect spot

The location and views were amazing. Could not get any better. The game room downstairs was all our kids could ever want, adults too. House was spacious, clean, and stocked. We hope to return soon!

Great Property!!

We had the best time in this home with a great layout for many guests. Its location is perfect in our opinion, just steps to the beach with beautiful views from the front windows/door overlooking the bay & gorgeous views out the back windows of the home overlooking the ocean. Spectacular!! It will be hard to beat.

We respect all the work and maintenance to keep the house in prime functioning order. The games are fabulous for the younger crowd. We have rented for years (6) and will rerun again next year. Honestly...the biggest thing...(realizing another investment) more comfortable living room furniture and higher toilets. We are extremely grateful for the elevator...aging parents. Thank all for everything you do! We truly enjoy the location and house!!! We always have an amazing time!!!!

Gorgeous beach getaway

Even better than the description! Well stocked kitchen (crockpot, blender, air fryer), lots of kid-friendly dishes. The common space was larger than the pictures make it look, and the upstairs had tons of room for all the kids to bunk together. The property also has a lot of kids beach toys, boogie boards, etc. Helpful owner hints and labels around the house. We had a blast and will definitely be back!

House has everything for a family

House was well decorated and offered everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The game room was amazing! We really enjoyed the shuffleboard court, skeeball, ping pong, pool table, basketball and air hockey. Incredible there was so much to do in one house! There were so many beds, everyone could spread out. The views were gorgeous! Very private and wonderful access to the beach. It is very apparent the owner wants their guests to enjoy themselves and takes great pride in their home. We appreciated all they had to offer and would love to return!

Big beautiful home on the water

Generous living space in a great room layout means we can be together even when doing different activities. The kitchen is open to the dining and living spaces so the cool doesn’t get left out! The open second floor with beds and a huge comfy sofa gives a place for the teens and tweens to call their own. The game room... simply amazing. We had a few rainy days at the start of our stay and the game room was a haven where or tween organized a tournament! This is the only house we have ever stayed in that has enough dining space for the beds!! How wonderful to all eat at the same table. We love this special spot and plan to return as long as we can!

The layout of the home provides private bedrooms, each with King Beds and beautiful views. There is no undesirable room. Our son loves sleeping in the crow's nest on the top floor. Walk out decks abound. Dave and Lisa are premier hosts, always available and responsive and eager to ensure each renter experiences a perfect vacation. They have taken extra measures throughout the home to provide a home away from home feeling. Amenities abound including access to an amazing game room. Concrete walkway to the beach is extremely useful and makes the few steps out your door to the beach even more convenient when transporting beach equipment. We have looked for 8 seasons for the perfect home to re-rent year after year and we finally found it here.

A great place for a family vacation!

The view of the water from everywhere in the house is outstanding. The home is super clean and full of amenities. There is a fabulous game room for all ages. Inside there is plenty of games, books and puzzles to keep you busy when you’re not outside enjoying the beautiful uncrowded beach. The home also provided beach toys and boogie boards. The home is large with a lot of bedrooms and plenty of beds for a large gathering. When we stayed here, it was super quiet and hardly nobody on the beach. The drive to shopping and attractions is about 15-30 minutes. We were able to easily travel to rehobooth beach and the Lewis cape May ferry. Overall if your looking for a large home with great views and a semi- private beach we highly recommend this place!!!
