“The pancake maker DID NOT work at breakfast. For our 2 night stay THEY HAD NO COFFEE (Only decaf, that comes out of a machine that looks like it would be for hot chocolate or something and nasty coffee) NO COFFEE in the rooms and NO COFFEE at the breakfast area ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! POOR MANAGEMENT! The room looks clean at first, but they need to mop the entire floor. Our socks were filthy after walking around in the room. Tub could use a good cleaning not just rinsed or wiped, has a ring around...

“Disappointed that the pull out couch was broken, they offered to move me but I had already unpacked for a 3 day stay. The fridge only stayed cold on the bottom and but the end of my 3 days the entire fridge was sweaty on the inside. ”

“Place was dirty not clean, hair everywhere does not look like housekeeping didnt do anything except change the sheets. Dont mind complaining no matter how long your stay is they wont come fix anything. Cost too much to stay here just to not feel safe and comfortable ”

“Appreciate the bfast and carafes of water in rooms. Really like the layout of rooms and that everything is new/updated. The view from lobby is gorgeous. The shower water temperature was a bit tricky to modify. Parking was easy. ”

“I would not recommend staying here. It’s run down and the rooms smelled like septic tanks. The walls are extra thin and we heard everything going on in the hotel. ”

“Breakfast - meat was black, hard, disgusting. Frozen or completely thawed yougurt. Brown bananas. Room wasnt cleaned on one of the days. Snowed so we lost tv capabilities for 3 hours. Staff was fine.”
