Both living and dining areas open to a generously sized screened porch and deck with a private walkway to your own private beach. The third floor suite, with private bath, features great views of the bay and wetlands alike. Lower level has 2 bedrooms, family room, a full bath as well as a laundry/kitchenette. This home is primed for you family's summer vacation or off season restful getaway. Primehook Beach and Wildlife Refuge also serves a birders wonderland in the off season; winter is a particularly great time for waterfowl, winter finches, sparrows, and Hermit Thrush. Please note that the owner occasionally has a dog in the house during their stay. House is professionally cleaned after every visit.
