  • Connie's cottage (9753 Shore Dr.) is waterfront cottage with its own direct beach access and incredible water views of the Delaware bay. Enjoy the sounds of the beach and watch the sunsets from the large deck that fronts the beach. Prime Hook Beach is a quiet private beach community.

    Open concept floorplan - Living, dining and kitchen w/ window views overlooking the bay. Well-equipped kitchen with SS appliances which include: dishwasher, 5- burner glass top stove, side by side full size refrigerator w/icemaker in door, blenders, coffee maker w/carafe & K cup ability. Granite countertops & large island w/seating for (3).

    Living room w/lg. smart TV, deep comfortable sofa, enjoy the swivel chairs as you watch TV or views of the water. Dining table w/seating for (4). Board & card games are available, along with a sound bar for your entertainment on those rainy days & relaxing movie night.

    Bedroom #1 - Queen bed w/ on-suite bathroom & smart TV. Bedroom #2 - (2) twin beds w/ smart TV & access to hallway bath. New 2025; Purely Coastal Cleanse shampoo, conditioner, body wash & lotion provided for your convenience in each bathroom.


    New 2025, lower-level secured door access with furnished den. Grab a book to read, watch TV or play games.

    Laundry room with washer/dryer and storage.

    Have your coffee on the deck in the mornings or watch the sunsets in the evenings. Deck is equipped with poly deck chairs, & lounge seating, w/umbrella. We ask that you please not apply spray sunscreen while on the deck. New outdoor charcoal grill, beach chairs & boogie boards available for your days on the beach.

    This Bayfront beach is children & pet friendly w/ calm waters, low riptides and small waves. Bring your floats, paddle boards or kayaks and enjoy the water or walk the low tide sandbars and hunt for shells. Lifeguards are not provided.

    Cleaning fee $285.00
    (1) pet allowed. Pet fee waived if you reserve with a valid credit card on file for possible damage.

    Food Lion grocery store approx. 15 min away in Milton, DE. While in Milton visit the Dogfish Head Brewery, or grab a bite at the Dough Bar, Irish Eyes or Tequila Real. Lewes is approx. 25 minutes south of PHB or head to Rehoboth Beach board walk approx. 45 min. away.

Our family of four has chosen this property for our beach vacation for the past three years, and we have already booked our return for next year! The house is impeccably clean and beautiful. We love starting our days watching the sunrise from the deck overlooking the ocean. Access to the beach is incredibly easy—it’s a short, quick walk to a stretch of sand that is always clean and quiet. Plus, the location is ideal, with several great restaurants nearby and an easy drive into Rehoboth Beach. Truly, stop searching and book this house!

Absolutely beautiful home in a quiet location! Perfect for our family of 3. Came well equipped with household essentials. Great communication with host. We had a small mishap when we were there and it she had someone there to take care of it right away. Would definitely stay again!

This beautiful bayside home was the vacation I didn’t know I needed! In the middle of the chaos of dealing with buying and selling of our homes, we needed a place that took all our minds away from the daily craziness. Connie’s Cottage did that and more. From watching the sunrise through the beautiful windows that stretched the length of the room while sipping our coffee to relaxing on the deck with our pups, we just took in the views and relaxed and absolutely nothing else! The beach was only steps away from the house and the outside shower made it so easy to clean off before returning inside. The house was styled so bayside chic and it was squeaky clean! The host had excellent communication and was easily reachable if needed. We’ve already booked another stay!

We had an amazing week at your beautiful well appointed home. From your kitchen that had more cookware and utensils than the last three homes we rented combined. The views out to the water is fantastic with all of the windows. The beach,steps away, is so peaceful with a beautiful breeze. All of the SS appliances in the kitchen added to the ease of our enjoying nights of delicious seafood dinners. The bathrooms are technologically advanced with touch lights on the mirrors and Bluetooth fans in the ceiling to play your favorite music. Evenings spent spent out on the deck enjoying the sounds of the ocean and watching the bunnies frolic in the dunes. The neighborhood was very peaceful and well kept. Just a wonderful house that we look forward to a return visit to.

We had the best stay ever! Super clean adorable little house. Wonderful amenities. Everything you need. The best towels and linens! Easy beach access and incredible views. Sunrises and dolphins every morning from the deck. Bunnies and wildlife. Tons of family games and books to read. Kitchen very well equipped. Super dog friendly community. Peaceful and quiet beach area. Gods creation at its best! Don’t hesitate, just book this place! Super kind lovely host. We had the most relaxing stay here. Our children and pups were really comfortable here as well. We all loved it so much we booked another stay for next summer before our first stay was even over! Truly a gem of a place! Phenomenal breakfast at River Lights Cafe in Milford. Can’t wait for next summer! Nothing but a wonderful experience. Zero complaints, you won’t be disappointed if you book this place!

This cottage is perfect for small family- the kitchen is open to the living area and had a lot of necessary kitchen items. The basement area is great for kids and hanging out. The deck was perfect with an awesome view. We loved our stay!
